I can truly say from the bottom of my heart that if your family member is in need of subacute rehab, Care One Holmdel is the place. Today I witnessed care from a completely different perspective. It was MY loved one having a medical emergency, my coworker, my best friend out of this building. The way the nurse practitioner and nurses worked together effortlessly, calmly, and efficiently was a magical thing to witness. So much so I was able to keep my composure through it all. To be able to call her father and partner because I knew I could step out of the room and she would continue to be cared for. I am honored to call these women my coworkers. What a fantastic team!

My father has been at Careone in Holmdel for the past 2 weeks. He was transitioned from Bayshore medical and it was smooth and professional. I received a call from Hannah who told me about how the process works and couldn't have been nicer or more patient. I actually met her today at the facility and she went above and beyond to help me find out what the prognosis is on my father. She is a true testament to what health care professionals should be! The world needs more people like her. Thanks to her and the entire staff at Careone in Holmdel. Great attitudes and helpful.

My son has been at Care One in Holmdel since May 2023. Because of his seizures and Gillian Barre Syndrome he was in and out of C O and hospitals for over a year. The nursing staff, kitchen staff and the social worker could not have been more helpful to him so he could get better. We put him on a special diet to control his seizures the entire staff helped with the diet and monitored his intake and this has controlled his seizures. We are working with the social worker to finally move him to his own place. Thank you everyone at Care One who worked with him to get him better.

They were involved and invested in me & my goals. I never felt like they were just going through the motions.

My mom came to Care One from another facility in pretty bad shape. From day one they all treated my mom with the best care and a vast array of skills. Wish I could remember all of them because each one is special. Gladys, Tara,Laura, Crystal and Talia were all instrumental in making my mom's stay wonderful. Every single nurse in CareOne is essential. They all go above and beyond for their patients. My mom was always clean and happy. Her medicine was always administered correctly. Her therapists Dean and Nikki helped her get back on her feet. They were her therapists and she is walking now because of them. Her CNA Janelle was nothing but completely gracious to her. My mom wasn't always the easiest to get out of bed. But, she always did it for him because he was so good to her. Samantha the social worker was a doll to work with. Helped in every way possible. Karen and all the ladies from the kitchen always made sure to include my mom in activities and dinner in the dining room. It's those little things that can make all the difference. Bringing my mom to a facility wasn't easy. But, all the staff here made her stay a very pleasant one. My mom is so important to me and my family and I'm happy We entrusted Care One to take care of her. Excellent job from an Impeccable Staff. We truly thank you. The Rossi Family

Im here now and a hand full the staff is great then you got a few that are not like some of the aides nures im sit in dirty Diaper and when I tell the staff how i feel and that they not doing their job right it take longer to serve on me because they don't like that im calling that out of howtheyare doing there job not my problem that they are sometimes under staff im only a week here's and this is the treatment i cant wait to get outofhere the ot and pt staff are great they really try to get you out of h

I came to CareOne at Holmdel and I met the most outstanding occupational therapist named Nikki and physical therapist Dean. They are the most professional, skilled and highly creative therapists. They are dynamic with a vast amount of experience. I was most impressed by the one on one attention that they gave to me on a daily basis. They studied for years and are proficient and have mastered their craft. I started with having no ability to use my foot and now I am able to walk on my own. This is an unbelievable achievement that I thought I would never be able to do, as this was a severe injury. This team has brought me independence, confidence, and prepared me to feel comfortable to go home alone. I've been to many rehabs and this is the most amazing one, because of this team. The therapy department here consists of about 15 therapists who all are so professional and they act as a family. They compliment each other and have a collaborative approach. I want to Thank the entire team for all that they have done for me with their expertise and securing my independence in returning to my home. I'd also like to mention Karen the activities assistant. She is a humanistic individual who truly cares about all of the patients here at CareOne. She is always positive and super creative with her activities. Each day, she comes into work with a big beautiful smile and all the patients absolutely adore her. They all look forward to seeing her each and every day. She works extremely hard and takes her job very seriously. I'd also like to mention Wislaine, a CNA who is highly professional and organized when dealing with her patients. When I press the call button she comes immediately and is always positive and smiling. She often enters the room to check on you to see if you need any assistance and goes over and beyond the call of duty. I think she is an asset to CareOne at Holmdel. I'd also like to mention Marsha from food and beverage services. She is organized and diligent in what she does. She truly cares about each resident, is highly efficient and always positive when interacting with the whole population. We all love her tremendously. This kitchen staff goes above and beyond and caters to specific requests as they are able, to provide a variety of options. I would also like to mention our Housekeeping Supervisor Maureen. She goes beyond the call of duty each and every day. She wears many hats. First. She keeps the facility very clean. She is always found cleaning up a mess . She is in charge of her staff and they as well maintain a very clean facility, including. Individual bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Care One always looks presentable and clean at all times. Not only does she keep Care One in Holmdel looking so beautiful each and every day, she also has established a Great rapport with all the staff and patients here. She is well received by all. The patients look forward to seeing her each and every day as she interacts with the patients in such a kind way, makes them happy with her dynamic sense of humor when their having a difficult day. She cheers them right up! Maureen is an asset to Care One in Holmdel. Another outstanding professional that I would like to mention is Dana Stephens she's a resident advocate here at Care One. She's highly professional and is always found interacting with the patients in a positive manor. She truly cares about the patients and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the patients receive what they need. The patients here adore her and look forward to seeing her everyday. Dana takes this job very seriously and is often found running through the hallway to meet with patients. She is diligent with humanistic with each and every patient she sees and goes over beyond the call of duties. I think she is an asset to the Care One community.
