Aside from some rude staff not the ones who treat you like nurses, PT, OT, CNAs or doctors but the director assistant director and nursing director who were Rude AF everything else was great

My mother has been at banister for about 40 days . I was skeptical before we got there since I heard bad things in the past. But my mom had to go there for rehab. Banister's staff is amazing, the place is clean. The front office staff does anything they can to help . The pt & ot staff are fun energetic. I could go on & on over how pleased we are to be at banister. When moms time is up there we will still be visiting.. they treat us like family. As of today 3/29/23 I had a meeting with Candie the business manager she has helped my family out so much with Insurance issues. Seems to go above & beyond for the residents here. I just love how everyone is so nic
