Lived here a long time and I haven't given it alot of thought. We have had alot of changes from time to time. Good and bad. I guess I can say that it's a fair place to live.

Staff are very friendly, the food and meal menus are wonderful. When new residents come to the facility they need a booklet of all the guidelines. How to.... Timelines and other details. What can you do and what can't be done. Names of staff would also be very helpful. They can introduce themselves, but for me I am forgetful, with information written down I can look it up over and over until I can remember it.

I moved to Wisteria in September 2023. I had visited prior to moving in and liked the homey atmosphere. Since moving in, I have been very pleased with how helpful and friendly the staff is. They truly try to make us comfortable, and the kitchen staff tries to serve things that we really like. Also, the other residents have been friendly and tried to make me feel welcome. Another good thing about Wisteria is that they provide transportation to doctor appointments. This is a big help for me and my family. Kathy Kroen

I am so impressed by the love, respect, and commitment you see from the staff at Wisteria Independent Living Center. Everyone from the kitchen staff to housekeeping, and even the upper management. I have been here for a month now, working overnights, and it feels so much like a family atmosphere. The residents are all exceptional and treat me with so much courtesy and respect. There are daily activities to participate in and I think Wisteria Independent Living Center is one of the most welcoming, safest places a senior could hope for in a community that CARES. That's my impression of Wisteria Independent Living Center. Billy Strout

This has absolutely been the best experience for my mom! Staff that cares, lots of activities and special gatherings. Well maintained apartments, good meals and exceptional help when needed. And the management is there to help you through the process of making your loved one comfortable. Highly recommend this facility for your aging parent or loved one.
