It's a nice big high-rise building very secure front and back entrances large parking lot off to the side and it has its own little convenience store attached to it. My son's great-grandfather actually lives there and has been there for a very long time maybe 20 years or more. I try to get my mother to get an apartment there when she went on the waiting list at first but it was only a few months later that they called her with an available apartment so the waitlist the way does not very is not as long as most are and yes I would recommend that place to any senior that wants a peaceful place to live.

Senior Citizen living quarters. Have to be over age 55 to qualify. Some apartments smaller than others, lack of closet space. Elevator regularly breaks down. Not completely handicap accessible. Confusing parking spaces. Horrible door service system. Annual increases to rent. Electric, Heat and hot water included. Located in downtown wilmington.Significant upgrades needed to their daily operation.
