My mother is a resident there. Her daughter and I live in Texas.Im an Executive Chef. I have worked in senior living and assisted living, so I understand the challenge. I remember at the time I was getting $2.14 per day per client. So I get it. What I don’t get is quality. That’s a choice. Specifically your choice in foodservice. The management company you chose probably promised the world…6 months or less, quality has dropped substantially. That’s the game. I have been an EXECUTIVE CHEF for 31 years. I’m now a consultant. Give me 90 days and I can turn this around. I’m sick of getting calls EVERY DAY from my mother in law telling me the FOOD SUCKS. DO YOU EAT IT??? I ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER. Don’t you want to be proud of your food? Or just don’t care. What do I tell my mother in law…?

Great Senior Living Apartments! I have been here 6 months now so can now say more. This is a friendly place with great staff. From maintenance to the office, everybody is concerned about the residents. LOTS of activities. Transportation via Dial a Ride and Senior Service. The east side requires the meal plan. The cost is 230 for 20 meals. Not always the most healthy choice but the offer several alternative.

Just like most of our communities, this one needs a update. I feel like the people that live here deserve it. Everyone is very friendly and positive. If I had an elderly member of family and they needed a place to live then I do recommend it. One big plus is that people who live here get lunch every day at 12:30. I think it is included in the rental , but not 100 percent sure. I was told that by one of the guys that live there. All in all a nice community and good people and food. Cheers!!!

Had a misunderstanding thinking the food was included in the monthly charge. But still $1,500 a month for 20 meals in room with cable and internet. Great deal for a senior

Love the apartment. Staff is great. Lots of friends. Kitchen staff is great but the food is not healthy for older adults. Just raised my rate so not sure how long I can afford it.

The property is really nice. Wooded, with small paths for seniors to walk. There's lots of people watching you can do out on your small patio - with the high school across the street. The client rooms are nice, spacious. Has everything your loved one would need. Small kitchen inside, bathroom, living room. There's many activities they do with the seniors inside. The food seems to be good consistently.

Top quality apartment complex managed by the City of Midland. It is rent adjusted based on residents' income level. Half of the units include a meal plan. There are common areas throughout the building for card games, puzzles, WII games, laundry, and exercise. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance staff keeps the facility in tip top condition. Covid-19 response has been exceptional. Meals are delivered to rooms. Masks are required when outside your apartment. As a result, only a handful of cases have occurred in the past year.

I love the safe access to the outdoors, close (but not TOO close) to various businesses. Many nice people and activities for a variety of interests. Public transportation accessible, but regular bus routes, like in Bay City would be much better with more use guaranteed. All-in-all, very nice!
