I recently had the opportunity to visit with my Mom to view available apartments. We were allowed to dine and experience the atmosphere. It was clean. Smelled nice. Warm temperature. Friendly staff. Delicious meals. Large rooms in apartment. Awesome amenities. Beautiful scenery in the summer (May 2023). Lovely in the winter (January 2024). There are very friendly residents. And we are looking forward to my Mom's new apartment. Please visit and tell them you have seen this review. Updated with pictures from July 2024.

Theodore Marler (Teddy) made me feel special from my first encounter. Initially we weren't ready to move but he stayed in touch with cute texts and invited us for meals and happy hours. It really helped me and my husband get the feel of the community. Now we are ready to move and he has helped smooth the process. I look forward to moving in and seeing his bright smiling face daily.

My experience has been overwhelmingly outstanding. I have visited several retirement communities in Ohio and St. Louis in search for an adequate residence for my 98-year-old grandmother. Teddy Marler was phenomenal. He communicated consistently and clearly, making himself readily available for any and all questions. The staff is extremely helpful, and rhe residents are quick to greet you with a smile and accolades about their stay. The facility is amazing. I have recommended Village North to three others...two of whom have visited and are planning to move in. Marler makes this an unforgettable experience...from visit to residency. THANK YOU!

Teddy is a great guy, easy to talk to and get along with. The Lake on the campus is beautiful. Food here is excellent. Everyone is very friendly.

Great place to live with lots of amenities including amazing holiday buffetts . I'm so glad i decided to move here to a maintenance free apartment on this beautiful campus . I also have the privilege of working here the last 2 years .,

Great place to live! Beautiful landscaping and scenery...almost like living on a nature reserve at times, Quiet and peaceful and away from the busyness of the count and city. The staff allvery friendly and helpful. Love my space that I'm in here!

I am a outdoors type person and have found there is always something new here at Village. We have beautiful trees, a big pond to fish in ,geese,deers,and many more. We have people from all over. We have several committees for different things. We go shopping once a week. We have different activities that our activity director seeks out for us to do. We have a chaple if u like to have a private place to pray.We have several different religions here that have their own clergy that come to administer their religions.

One of the Best places to live and also be employed, everyone here are like family and I pretty much can say no one is a stranger. I've worked here 20 years left and relocated been back 5+years and working and living here every since, I have peace here. The residents here are safe and can always count on someone being there. When it comes to Staff we enjoy our jobs and it's a privilege and rewarding to be employed her. So if you're looking for a forever home with a beautiful lake and beautiful property, and plenty things to do. Come by and take a tour of my forever home.

My mom has been a resident here since March 2023. So far it's been a good experience for her and the family. The staff is very professional, helpful and caring. Its very clean and secure. Mom enjoys the food and social activities. I'm happy we found Village North Retirement Community.
