I love here and I love it

Friend lives here. One thing that he has had to complain about is attendance for the building maintenance etc not giving a heads up or 24 hours notice like the law states .. but going in his apartment for undisclosed reasons and not locking his door when they leave. And then is wondering why he is blowing up in the lobby screaming and yelling when his personal belongings and space has been invaded without permission. Get it together Tucker house.. Update* the air-conditioning in the building its self had been broken for months. So far the individual apts are fine. Not a bad place. Staff is nice and helpful Pic is my best friend who lives there

I live here, I'm not a visitor. It's for seniors 62 and older, and there's an income limit. Rent is 30% of whatever your income happens to be. It's nothing luxurious, but I've certainly paid more for worse accommodations.

It smells awful, my mother live there years ago and it didn't smell or look like it does now, it needs repairs all over, it's dinghy and faded, the staff is nice.

Tucker's house is a living facility operated by his housing for elderly people....They only take a percentage of your income..you can have pets...my grandmother is there and is very happy...they have movie nights and bingo nights...pull up bus transport for those that need it...only downsize is the list you have to get on to get in there...you pretty much have to wait till someone leaves, gets kicked out, or is called by the lord himself...
