Overall, my family and family member who resides at Trinity Glen. Nothing beats home, however when the care your loved one needs, exceeds what can be provided in the home, Trinity Glen is sufficient. The cleanliness of all areas of the facility, the personable staff interactions with the family and the residents, even the transportation staff to transport my family member to appointments have all been wonderful experiences.

Mom recently arrived at Trinity Glen (after a fall) for rehab. 5 star all the way-professional, caring, attentive staff, excellent rehab experience, very accommodating and great food! Mom was at TG before 8 years ago for therapy. If anything, they have "stepped up" their efforts. Can't say enough good things about the experience there. JDC

I cannot brag enough on all the staff at Trinity Glen. The people that kept the facilities clean did a great job. It seemed no matter what time of day I went someone was always cleaning. The Therapists always kept me informed of my mother in laws process. The kitchen staff did their best to accommodate my mother in laws dietary needs. The CNA's were always smiling and kind. The office staff were beyond helpful. New friends were made there. Every time I went the "Golden Girls" (residents) had a friendly hello. Last but not least was the "graduation" send off. The staff gathered at the entrance and gave a cheerful send off. If the need ever arose for me to go to a rehab center I would choose Trinity Glen for myself.

My mother was at Trinity Glen, for rehab. The staff was very very very attentive and compassionate. The food was also very good! unlike the food at most nursing homes / rehab facilities .

Is everything OK? I had a bad experience in this nursing home. They tried to hold me in there against my weail, my insurance had expired for the period that I was supposed to be in there. My sister and brother had forge papers. Try to be my power of attorney. They tried to take my life by holding me in there for the rest of my life. I kept trying to get out. They said no you cannot leave cause your sister and brother wants you to stay in here. She run the bill up for rent and they kept telling me my insurance was not paying it but they wouldn’t let me leave because she was being responsible for it to run that bill up to over $8000. They were charging me 300 and some dollars a day when I found out what she was doing I had a guy to come and take me out of there against the wheel now she refuses to pay the bill that she made out there during that time she attacked my checking account my bank account try to take over my life. She still refuses to pay her bill. They keep hounding me about paying this bill and I can’t afford it and my alternatives me to say I don’t have to pay it. It’s something sometimes what your family can do to you.

Mom moved into Trinity Glen recently and loves it. I had visited and toured a number of places and Trinity Glen stood out. Very clean, nicely updated. Rooms are as spacious as any skilled nursing facility. They have a large gym for rehab and is staffed with PT and OT. The house physician is top notch. We spoke at length on the phone about her care. The staff has been most welcoming to her. She likes the food, and most importantly she is safe and has 24/7 nursing care.

My mom came here for rehab after hospitalization for a fractured pelvis. The facility was clean and my mom liked the food - important because of her frailty. The staff was kind and professional, the nurses, CNAs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. Because she got PT and OT 5 days a week, she made remarkable progress before heading home. I appreciate all they did for my mom.

I went there Tues my dad had on the same clothes from the day before ao I asked a nurse to change him and i was saying the lady bext to him was smelling like urine worse than my dad was she said okay they are doing meds but we will get your dad changed well my daughter came there at 5 pm to see if they changed him she saw he had the same thing on and had peeded out of his depend adult underwear it was so bad the urine was in a puddle under his wheelchair so my daughter asked for his aide she was sitting in another room on her phn my daughter asked her what do you think that is under my grandad chair she replied ion know my daughter said it's pee ( it was so badd they had to give him another wheelchair ) so they finally changed him and we know he isn't the only one on that hall they take care of and we try to understand they say they are not shortstaffed then when you call them and voice your conerns they always put it on other shift workers ) but come on people trinity Glen that was really badd on yal part how can they be one of the better facilities when every tyme I go there I have to get on em he be having food stuck in his mustache from days before I tell them about that heck makes me think they don't wash em before they roll them in the hallway where the leave them most of the day the state has got to do better because these elders come to be helped because they can't help themselves so we as family send them where we pray that they will get that help you just have to stay on them about your elderly loved ones frfr ’

This facility was nice and comfortable. Mainly though the staff was awesome! Everyone on the 200 hall could not have been nicer. I was worried my mom wouldn’t want to leave.

Staff doesn’t really listen to patients (some of them actually care, but some don’t, im talking about the ones that don’t) I don’t really know what else to say, it’s fine overall

What a difference from the last rehab facility. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. I have noticed how kind the staff is to their patients, even taking the time to sit with them while they eat. While visiting my family member one day, her roommate received a visit from two of her therapist that came just to sit and talk. How nice was that? Who does that? The staff at Trinity Glen seem genuine and caring. She even says the food is good and they always offer to take her to the dining room to eat. Every time we visit and are in the public areas, the staff always makes an effort to say hello. My family member was admitted into rehab, but will be staying there long term. She is very happy and content there and she feels safe. Thank you all for making such a difference in the lives of our loved ones. I have no complaints and highly recommend Trinity Glen.

My father is having rehab here and I could not be happier with the good, caring, friendly and helpful staff. What a blessing to have found this little jewel! My father had been in another facility before for rehab , and I visited several places before choosing Trinity Glen. The facility is lovely and the rooms are nice but it truly comes down to the staff! They are welcoming and caring to all of the residents. It means so much to me to know that he is with good people! I work full time, as does my Husband, and adult children. I feel confident in the care he receives from every discipline including speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Thank you staff for all of your hard work and loving care!
