Residents have plenty of entertainment options nearby as well. There is also something to do for our members looking for something new to do.

Great place to work! Vision and dental benefits start when you're hired. Medical after 90 days. They don't want you leaving the building so they provide you with food. A little of the patients families are used to special treatment and will call the DR in there own and ask for what the want when they want it. But it's a great place to be and also a dynamic place to advance.

Update: 5/28/24- Thank you Brandy the nights nurse (Angel) in Sunflower Lane tonight who helped me out tonight! She was so kind and thoughtful! These nurses and staff are absolute angels!! Thank you so much , Brandy for making me sleep easier! You are a gem! You are such a sweetheart! Thank you! Update5/21/24: was so nice talking to Jen and Stephanie from activities! What wonderful caring people! They really know the residents and it's really touching to see how kind and thoughtful they are! Thank you all! Isaac & Jeff too!! Isaac driving people to appts what an ANGEL! From Nancy M's daughter & family! Update: 5/19/24: Huge thank you to Sunflower Lane Nurses and staff! Yolanda, Tammy, Tamika, & McKayla! The Woodlands is a fantastic community for independent living seniors. My mom enjoyed the various activities (on-site exercise, off-site pool, local trips, shopping, crafts, etc.), and was especially grateful for the sense of community that the group of residents shared. Delicious, healthy meals were prepared and the team was friendly and quick with a smile. From the front desk team, to the maintenance team, to the dining team and leadership team - each provided a very positive living environment. Highly recommend the Woodlands!

When you drive in to the campus, it's hard to believe this beautiful place is in northwest Ohio! Beautiful surroundings, well-maintained historic structures, and top notch service are a few hallmarks i've noticed at Otterbein Sunset House.

Otterbein Sunset House has some amazing and caring staff. I have witnessed the most heartfelt interactions while onsite. The campus is absolutely beautiful with a classic feel.

The atmosphere at this community is classic and well maintained. The services are top notch- 5 star nursing care ratings by CMS and great therapy. Several different levels of care to cater to most people's needs. The Woodlands independent living has large accommodations with an active calendar offering opportunities for programs on and off campus. I'd describe the food as country club dining- excellent taste and the menu changes daily.
