I have lived here for about 4 years. I absolutely love it here so much so that I talked my best friend, sister in law and cousin to all buy homes here! The management staff, maintenance crew all work so hard to make this community the best it can be. The sense of community is strong, plenty of activities to enjoy, just a fantastic place to live.

I’ve been living in this community for about 9 months. I moved from another 55+ manufactured home community right up the road, and I’m so happy to have found home here. Unlike my previous community, Sunny South Estates is visually appealing, consistent maintenance, great amenities, strong HOA, lots of fun activities to participate in if you so choose, and very important to me is communication. When work is being done or scheduled to be done in public community areas of the property, I’ve consistently received texts, emails, and voicemails with information about what to expect, etc. The HOA communicates very effectively as well. I’m very impressed and happy here. Great people, too!

What a great place to retire! Lots of great amenities, fun HOA that are always having a get together of some theme. The neighborhood is safe, quant and peaceful. The pool is well maintained and they just recently updated the pickleball and tennis courts as well as the shuffle board and horseshoes. But the best part is the people! Couldn’t ask for better neighbors and friends. The property manager is very active and responsive to all concerns and does a great job.

i have lived here for 10 years this month. beautiful grounds, great neighbors, great gym, game room and clubhouse in general. two redone pickle ball courts, bocce ball and my favorite shuffle board! what more can a gal ask for? Clean clubhouse and grounds, very proud to live here. friends from up north love to visit and use the pool and hot tub in December!!!

I love living here. I'm a new resident and have felt welcomed from the first day. There are lots of things to get involved in if one chooses to. The community is well kept. People are friendly. Good place to live.

I've lived here 4 winters and find it very pleasant. During the time I'm here the lakes have been somewhat less than full, but never like in the picture. I've never seen a house or lawn here that I would describe as "disgusting" in appearance. In any community there are likely to be a few people who have serious conflicts, such as about who should and should not, do paid work for homeowners. There is one over one person who has a record. Some residents want to prohibit him working, others think he is now skilfully and honestly earning money. Most people here mind their own business and, I think, enjoy it as I do. Extreme condemnation seems inappropriate.
