I moved in 6 months ago and so far I like it. I moved from an apartment that I lived in for over 40 years in Passaic. I moved because Wayne is nicer and I am getting older and there is an elevator and a washer and dryer on each floor and my own thermostat. The activities are great and it's peaceful and the office staff and the neighbors are great people. Hopefully I will be here for a very long time as well

We have tenant with bench warrants living here. Was robbed, was told, oh well buy a camera for our apt. That's how they solved my issues. Moving in, buy a ring motion detector. Good luck.
