Ivan, the Manger is wonderful! Maintenence David is incredibly hard working, kind, he is a master of repairs! Ivan & David get 10**********!! The actual interior of the bldg is Horrible beyond words, I believe, paint, furniture, walls,floors are filthy. Never been painted or cleaned, dog diarrhea stains never cleaned. Workout room is unusable. It's soo old. Trash rooms filthy. Mgr Great! Maintenance guy wonderful! Building is run down & filthy. They do redo your unit which is nice before you move in. Problem really is senior's are financially desperate so they have to move into this dump. I love this Costa Mesa area. Maybe, someday they will upgrade this Building, until then, many residents hate that it is a dump. Gosh, I hate saying these truthful mean words. Thx for listening. Bobbi Ruotolo

This building is old, but the backyard is so beautiful, it makes you forget how old the building is. The people that live here are like a second family. We are all pretty close. But, if you want to join the family at this building you must get your name on the waiting list as soon as possible there is a bit of a wait, before an apartment becomes available.
