I lived here. Within the six years of living here. It was ok. A lot of repairs were not made with in my unit. For one heating. Next for one there barely no proper security. Besides the property manager has evicted more than half the tenants. I don't suggest that you or loved ones move in. There's audio and visual cameras throughout the building even by tenants units. She ramrod you to enable her to be her snitch. Try to bribe you with whatever she can. Her personal smartphone can hear you at drop of a dime. This audio system gave my phone plenty of unwanted viruses, I had review from Geek squad at Best Buy. My phone stopped working after a month after I moved out. Don't let me forget that there's bed bugs within the building 101 and 99. Amongst other bug problems that are dealt with accordingly through code. Her own codes.

This is a family-run business. That you get in section 8 base rent only within the unit. You cannot travel with it but I'm some exceptions. It is in a good location where all the buses of CTA run but warning the location is not very pleasant there's a lot of drugs and crime.in the surrounding area but it's okay if you can handle it. The people here are from all different areas of life and I didn't really prefer it I'm not happy here and now other things are happening because of her certain rules. Of the property manager of k. Henson. There's a lot of things that are not stated in the lease such as audio and visual cameras within the building. But if you don't mind this... You are welcome to apply here. There is no air conditioning in the units you have to supply that on your own. The electric in hot water is included. Is very little parking within the complex area parking is hard to find.

In 2018 I moved here. In my opinion it is not condo. But it is a rather nice place to reside. This complex is senior housing for individuals over the at the age of 55 yrs old. Close to buses. Wheelchair accessible. But as covid-19 has intruded into all our lives. Please as suggestion to understand the complete details of this deadly pandemic down load the CDC APP. It's a nice location to live it's on the bus line everything's close by you got primary care close by there's hospitals close by there's deli's close by even getting on the bus to Walmart is a hop skip and jump away so I like living here I've made my apartment gorgeous and it's not even it's halfway done but I've got a lot more to do just some ideas for these people here at South Mall towers you can become really creative but you got to really think about it and then I use other apps on my device to get my ideas have a Happy Thanksgiving people in south Mall towers and happy holidays to all

The residents are not supposed to feed the squirrels are the South Mall Towers. The manager has spoken to this woman what did what she was told not to do. And believe me I take pictures of everything I see everything go on trust me I'm like scoping you out. This is a nice complex to reside at. The CDTA buses are all available close by. The Greyhound bus station is only about 3 blocks away from South Mall towers. Your rent is only 30% of your income. You must be 55 or disable to live h
