Great Senior Mobile Home Park, well kept, clean, quiet, and secure. We love the location as well. Sheila and Erin in the office are top notch people who genuinely care about the people and the Park. You can't go wrong by choosing this community to live in. Woo Hoo!

My Mom is here. The property is owned by a company in Chicago...Equity Life Style.. They are involved in a lawsuit for raising rents and unsafe conditions for seniors! The state of Idaho is now looking into this matter. Wow! The ground that the park owns but refuses to take care of is walking away with ants, they won't pay for the water to keep the yards nice which they insist you have to, they won't pay for any services not insect removal not water not sewer, trash nothing yet they keep raising the rent...

We are a family here. Very beautiful and we'll maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful. Great neighbors. Many activities to participate in at our large clubhouse. Wonderful pool on site. A lovely place to live. Such a blessing.
