I was very excited when I found this place... it looked perfect for my mom. However, after a quick phone call, we were told that there is a 4.5-5 year waiting list????

I live there. It's ok for low income people. Very clean , nice grounds. Very pretty.

Several of my friends live here. It is a subsidized senior housing apartment building where residents have to pay about one-third of their income for rent. My friends' have nice large apartments: both are one bedrooms with a reasonably large living area. In contrast, I had a friend living at St George nearby. They called the St. George a one-bedroom apartment, but the amount of space she had was far less than one room: a tiny, narrow bedroom that held one twin bed and a dresser, plus a "living room" barely wide enough for a couch. Seton Square is much more humane housing.

My Mom lives here for 10 years now and everyone works here friendly and they doing the best to keep this place a nice and clean and quiet place for senior citizen ...Thank you all !
