I've been a resident here for over a year, and there's nothing but good things to say about this complex. The office staff are kind and hospitable, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, the pool and gym are well maintained, and the apartments themselves are very nice and reasonably priced for the quality. It's about as close to a perfect complex as you can get. I plan to stay here for a very long time.

TOP TIER!!! I can actually see myself living here.. Today Falisha showed me the tour of the two bedroom unit. she is very professional! also down to earth! I felt welcomed right away. The unit was very nice! Very clean, clean landscaping, they offer, a nice size Pool! 24 hour gym! Which I love! Outside grill for barbecuing i believe near the pool, Business center, the fact I don't have to make 3 times the rent! Was music to my ears lol They have a yearly salary requirement which I feel like most complex should have, instead of 3 times the rent. The location is perfect! Near the highway and shopping centers. Also the rent seems to be reasonable for everything they offer.

I was working here recently as a maintenance man; just got hired and 3weeks later they let me go because of "not making enough money". For what's it's worth, the Apts are nice, but if your ever looking to work for them as a accountant or in maintenance, NEVER look here. Period.

I'm a long time resident and there are many long time residents here as well. The staff goes above and beyond to keep the community happy. Any maintenance issues are quickly addressed. The pool is an absolute gem in the summer.

I lived here about 7 years ago. This place is clean, safe and maintenance is awesome and prompt. The office is very friendly and helpful! It is also close to everything.

I have been here almost a year, what a nice place to live. Apartment is very nice and I really like the people who work in the office. Such wonderful people! The crew who takes care of maintenance is also very nice and never makes you feel like a burden. A/C went out on a Sunday, 1 hour fixed!! They always respond with a smile. Just signed for another year!

I love it! I have a 1 bedroom junior I thought living next to the highway was going to be a problem but I've got so use to it and barely hear it. Everyone keeps the outside clean neighbors are all friendly. Trash cans are walking distance, parking is free and close. Great gym and walking circle. I'll be renewing my lease 🙂

Live here for 2 years. The management is prompt on informing the residents about any events in the area. The facilities are very clean. Would strongly recommend.

I called on August 16, 2021 to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment and spoke with Randy Henderson. Immediately, I was drawn to her friendly and outgoing demeanor. As she shared information we also shared a few laughs. I was so impressed by her professionalism and warmth that I immediately scheduled a tour for August 21, 2021. Meeting Randy in person solidfied my reason for choosing SB. She kept that same smile and energy towards me and other potential renters. As an agent she represents SB well. She answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. She made me feel as if i mattered. The complex is quite impressive. It is beautifully maintained and the model is outstanding. I now know why there is a waiting list. I am glad I made that call.

The management and maintenance team are courteous and friendly. The environment is always the same; clean, safe and quiet. They have community events which is different than any apartment community I ever lived in. I would also like to thank Jose and Chad for doing an excellent job with with a large project in my apartment. They were able to complete this project in less time than expected. I love my community!!

I lived at SB for 18 months and absolutely loved it there! Apartment was spacious, updated, quiet, and clean! Amenities were great and clean! I frequented the gym and the pool. Leasing office staff and maintenance guys were awesome, friendly, and on top of all requests or issues that arose. Grounds were kept clean and quiet! Rent was reasonably priced for all that is offered! Pre-COVID, there were many fun mingling activities offered to residents. Location is ideal too. Located close to many stores and the highways. No issues or unannounced fees upon vacating the apartment. Not a single complaint about SB! Only reason I moved was because I moved out of state for a new job! Thanks again SB!

I'm current resident of the apartment. My brand new car is stolen from parking lot. I request community to put cameras for tracking such security issue. I'm very upset with the security issue. This is the most bad experience with me.

I've been here for several years. Everything is well maintained and upgraded. Any problems are resolved quickly. The staff is top notch and the maintenance staff is even mindful of my pets. An added bonus is being someone who frequently travels out of state, I can literally be out of state in minutes, or the beach in a little over an hour. Highly recommended.

This complex is the BEST!! I've never been so happy with an apartment complex. Maintenance is always so quick, I've never waited more than 12 hours to have them come fix any issues I might had. The leasing office is so helpful, too. Amenities are also great. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I have lived at School Bell for a year now and I love it. The staff are very professional and respectful your home (they take their shoes off before entering the apartment). The filters are switched out frequently, the grounds are kept nice, and I always feel safe. When you submit a maintenance request they are quick to come out and fix it. The office staff plan plenty of fun activities and get togethers throughout the year and really try to develop a community. They are also very helpful if you have any questions or concerns.

This is a very nice little community and the apartments are open and clean. The office staff are always respectful and friendly, and happy to help. The fitness center and pool are nice as well. My only issue was noise. The walls are pretty thin and I remember my neighbor would blast his bass even after multiple requests to turn it down. My apartment also faced the highway, which is a constant source of noise from traffic. Overall I did enjoy my time here, but it was not somewhere I could stay long term.

I have been living at School Bell for 16 months now and I have absolutely no complaints. They are always keeping up on the maintenance of the apartments and the community is always clean and beautiful. They are always doing events to bring us together as a community and I absolutely love the morale behind the gatherings. I live here with my young children and safety is never an issue or a concern. I absolutely love School Bell and a place to call home.

Our apartment was newly renovated before we moved in. It was lovely. I wasn't thrilled to leave it when I had to move out of town! We couldn't hear our neighbors very much, which was awesome, especially on the first floor. Parking is easy, and the location is very convenient.
