My wife was admitted here to get some physical therapy work done. She's been here now for a total of 8 days. Long enough for me to come up with the following conclusion. Its a GREAT facility! This is the smaller 200 bed unit at 806 E. Washington. In a world where nursing homes are known to not possibly care less about their patients and you read and hear about failures constantly, this place is a shining star in the sky amongst all the other fading stars. I felt like she was safe and WELL cared for at all times and you're listening to an EXTREMELY overprotective Italian, so to get the green light and praise for such an Institution is a rarity for me! Everyone has done a spectacular job, but special shout out to Janice Gibson. She's a straight talker and a straight shooter. Articulate to the core and doesn't beat around the bush. Something you need when its concerning the health of a loved one!

Thay need equipment such as leg exersize mechine personal rehab equipment for strengthening wile in there room or in the dining room and ice packs there only 1 and if more than 1 need it its gotta get hunted down and waited on and also more healty voriotys of snacks and hydration thank you even to reach out for help from local churches love the church services and activities food was good ,I'm just a health nutt could have been more verity of fresh fruit veg. Realy love you all thank you so much my friend was baptized there and God bless you all come to church some time there's a service and meal each Sunday at freedom in truth church in akron abby is the masters wife and paster her self . Holy sperit anointed church truly in the presence of God so come give him the glory.

I want to thank the staff here. They were very good to my dad when he was here. I know he was not easy to deal with. I want to thank you all so much for taking such good care of him. the workers were very nice and friendly. Always clean. I was very well pleased with this place.

My father was sent here after a hospital stay for rehab and has now transitioned to LTC there. The staff has been especially patient and kind with my father and keeping me up to date on his progress.

This facility has the most caring employees. They go above and beyond for their families and patients. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Tara and Amy do a fantastic job with their clinical staff. They’re very knowledgeable and treat everyone like family. As a third party service we have seen this facility take GREAT care of their patients as well as the patients we share. You cannot go wrong choosing this facility to place your loved one. The care they will receive will exceed your expectations!!

Our mother was at the Villa 2 years. She was so hesitant in leaving her home, but once there, she blossomed--loving the friends she made and support she had. As her needs changed she had to move over to the Care Center side. Again, she was not happy to leave her "home" and friends. Staff helped by visiting her in the Care Center. Little by little, Mom came to call the Care Center home. Although there was turnover in staff (which was probably more concerning for me on the 'business' end), there was a stable contingent of caregivers that provided the care she needed and the respect, compassion and competency that the family was hoping for. One huge advantage was the private rooms available to residents, which is not often the norm, especially for Medicaid residents. Of course there were a few "glitches" over the 2 years at the Center, but we know that we had similar problems and more when trying to care for Mom at home. At the Center any problems were resolved pretty quickly and we are most grateful for her experience there.

Great place! Noticed new renovations and it’s so convenient that they have in house therapy and dialysis. Everywhere you look there’s a smiling face. Staff, residents and family are all known well by even upper heads in facility, which stood out to me. Administrator is hands on and the commitment and dedication she has for the job and company shows it’s not just a job to her, she has her whole heart in it. Wonderful place all around. Definitely recommend!
