This is a cool place of residence for people who are 55+ . The homes are beautiful. Carman is the manager and she is professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

My wife and I have been researching and keeping an eye on Royal Estates for a couple years. We were looking for a summer home that was clean, good community, good management, and had storage for our RV. Royal Estates has met our expectations. This is a quite community and a great place to walk, fish, and socialize with neighbors. My only desire now is to have a deck and garage built and it will be perfect.

It seemed like a nice and quiet place, I was told it was for 65 and up so I couldn't get in if that's the case. I like the location and think it is a good place in country settings.

Really nice trailer park. I commented how neat and tidy things were. They were having a community garage sale. Everyone was friendly.

My Grandmother lived here. The great grandkids loved visiting and fishing with her and cruising around on the golf cart. Everyone there is very friendly and grandma had tons of friends here

Nice quiet place to live! Staff is polite and they have a community center that they host many gatherings from dinner nights to movies and crocheting and knitting and everything in between! Its a 55+ elderly community.
