Lived at Rivertower for 22 years now. Glenna, manager, and Tom, maintenance, were here when I moved in. We are like family. I can count on them. Very friendly here.

It's a Llyod Property. I had a friend, that lived at the tower over 20 years. She loved it. I was in the immediate area, as the tower is right next to the arch ( art work)

Lloyd management was very cordial while I was trying to find an apartment for a friend. My friend has now moved in and is very happy with the apt and being so close to his work.

I've lived at RiverTower for almost a year now. This is a great and affordable place to live. If you have any maintenance issues they are usually resolved within a couple of hours and Glenna in the office is just fantastic always welcoming and knows all of her tenets by name! I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

River Tower Apartments is my home. I feel safe and secure. I have everything at my disposal. Billiard table for late night boredom killing, on site laundromat which saves me lots of time by having it open 24/7. Mail room to store my junk mail and they even keep Amazon packages safe. Place is clean and I have never had any major or minor issues thus far. The strawberry on top... is Glenna. What s super Property manager. Runs this place like a well oiled super machine. A caring person that truly wants her tenants happy. That's why i love it here!

The location is great, however if you have to try to park there, good luck! I believe if you are going to have an apartment building, then you should have enough parking for the people that live there. And the excuse that parking is limited everywhere is bull. I have never had a place where when you get home from work, there is no place for you to park. And now I here they are threatening to tow people even more than they did before! I don't recommend it for that reason alone. Just having to pay $200 in cash to get your car out of hock at a tow company that is all the way across town is enough to convince me it's the wrong place to live!

I lived here for almost a year in one of the studios and I thought it was great, a very competitive price, excellent management and exact What I needed. I had to end my lease early due to a job change due to civic taking me out of state. This place was so fantastic that I'm moving back again shortly this time to a 1 bedroom unit. No one has compared to the excellent management that they have here. The manager Glenna is beyond compare and sets the new standard for apartment management. Definitely recommend.

I never lived here due to changing plans and moving to North Idaho, but my short dealings with the staff while i was in the process of leasing an apartment puts this complex on the top of my list should i move back to Sioux Falls. While i didn't deserve a full refund on two different deposits i made (due to my own indecisiveness and not reading fine print) they still returned to me one of the deposits when they could have NOT and be totally in the right. (Again due to me not reading the fine print). If i move back, which i actually might in the future, this will be my 1st choice since the inside is so nice and its a great location for a great price.

I lived here for 20 months. If you're looking for something affordable and in downtown, this place offers great value. Rents are beyond reasonable, and they include heating and water. Glenna the manager is detailed and always follows through, and the maintenance staff is uber responsive and reliable. The only downside is the building is a bit outdated, though some units apparently are going through subtle upgrades, like wood panel flooring. All in all, you get your money's worth. So if "fancy" is not at the top of your list, you check out this place.

River tower apartment is amazing. From beginning to move in. It's very simple and Glenna Makes it so easy for you. And if there's a minor issue your having they will be on it right away. It feels like a home. The apartments are so nice and high class. There the best in Sioux falls

This is a good building in the heart of Sioux Falls downtown. Very near to Minnesota Ave and Falls Park. It is at the bank of Sioux River with a beautiful view of the river. The only thing that is a concern it has small apartments. They have only studios and 1 Bedroom apartments with Studio type kitchen. Good thing is electricity and gas are included in the rent so no need to worry about bills separately. They have small community room and fitness center as well. No swimming pool. Staff is very good and helping. They cooperate very well with great professionalism.

I absolutely loved this apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe and welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, and just the right size. Very affordable as well and it's in the best location. I was able to go for runs right along the Greenway and enjoy sunset walks along the river just by crossing the little bridge outside. They even gave me a little welcoming gift when I moved in. The only issue I ran into regurlary was parking which one would expect living off of Phillips ave.
