This is the best place I have ever worked at. I don't have a sad feeling for the residents when I leave or think about how it's bad to live there when I'm not working. NO ROACHESNO BUGSNOFLYINGINSECTSNO ANTSNO SPIDERS No grime This isnt some fake review that they paid me for. I'd never set someone's family member up like that. I have an attention to detail and I was speechless multiple times as I was walking around. This is the first time I've ever reviewed a job. usually if I like a job , the only word I would ever use is decent. The attention to detail at this place is like mind blowing the people that design this place should market themselves like every other setting. So, I am an cna who has been doing this for 9 years. I worked in near every type of healthcare, setting: hospital, home, healthcare, assisted-living, skilled nursing. From individual 6 bed houses to corporate 600+ bed facilities. I've worked in different states as well. This is a list as I think this place is amazing and you should leave your love one here: ~ THERE IS A LARGE SUPPLY OF LINEN/ TOWELS even on the weekend!!. this can't be understated. Y'all don't know but countless places there is no linen, non towels, no wash cloths. I don't have to hunt for anything or when I actually see laundry I don't have to hide them somewhere to use for later. I don't have to go running around at the start of my shift looking for some to hide from other people before they get it. There IS a HEALTHY supply of body wash, hand soap, and VARIETY CLEANING STUFf. 1. Very clean. 2. NO roaches. NO flies. NO other bugs/ flying insects 3. I'd actually eat the food here and I HAVE. The food. I have worked at some places at the food is utter trash. This food is the best food I've EVER seen and tasted. 3a. The food is hot, never cold 3b. It doesn't look like slop and has flavor 3c. More than enough for you to have more portions to not go, hungry 3d. No roaches / dirt environment so I'd actually eat the food 4. The place doesn't look depressing. The environment/ atmosphere doesn't feel depressing. I can't really describe what I mean by this, but like the other places I worked at, walking around. It's just depressing. I don't get that type of energy here. 5. I work here. I'm the BEST worker people have ever had in their lives. I take pride to my work. I had to put that in here. i'm not lying and I'm completely serious. 6. I'm NOT overworked. When workers are not overworked and have a decent attitude about their job, especially in healthcare, they make sure the job is done above board. 7. NOROACHES. NO BUGS. NOFLYINGINSECTS. NO ANTS. 8. CLEAN KITCHEN 9. The elevator doesn't feel like it's going to break or lock me in there. 10. THE FURNITURE. I have flipped some of the furniture upside down to take pictures of the part number eventually order for myself for my apartment‚. I'm must look weird as hell on that camera and I don't care‚. 10a. Even the trash cans upstairs look nice 11. I feel safe, working here 12. Feel like management actually cares about the people here. 13. Laundry doesn't disappear or get mixed in with other people never to be seen from again it comes back to the resident in a reasonable time I do it myself and I'll get it back to them in a few hours or so. 14. I not going to say again but there aren't any insects. If you're reading this, you may think I'm crazy but I can't over emphasize like all the places I worked at I find insects all around and it makes me feel like so bad that these people had to live in that squalor and I have to work like that. I don't feel as though that if I move a piece of furniture or go in the shower, just be sitting down randomly I'd find a roach scurrying about to say good evening to me coming from their own room, for me to scream and have everybody looking at me‚ Some things I have seen : The washers and driers have many whiteboards to put the residence room numbers on so you don't misplaced them. Best break room I ever seen
