Mary is amazing ! She went above and beyond to welcome my mother into her building. As we toured ,she told us about the future plans for the building as well.

Penn Arbors is a great building. The biggest reason I am happy that I moved here is the manager Mary!! The building is always kept clean, Mary is always going out of her way the help the residents. She also is great about planning and preparing events. With 125 apartments, all different personalities and needs, I am amazed at how she can keep up and still always have a warm smile and a very genuine welcoming hello for everyone.

Just moved my aunt into the building and it was an easy ongoing process but the property manager was very pleasant and understanding also the residents where welcoming my aunt loves it here if your looking for a place for your love ones look no farther then Penn arbors apartments

I take care of one of my clients at Penn Arbors and this building is by far one of the cleanest buildings I have ever worked in. The Property Manager is awesome and goes out of her way for the tenants. I have never seen a building run so well.

My dad lived at Penn Arbors for 2 years, 2020 until January 2022, and I have to say that the manager (Mary), and staff do an excellent job. The manager is onsite daily, is helpful, is proactive in putting together activities for residents. The manager and maintenance together create an environment where residents feel safe, looked after, and it's clean. They have a heart for the elderly at Penn Arbors. I was a care taker for my dad, and was comfortable with him there. I highly recommend.
