Seems to be a good place. The units are really nice. The only thing I've come across is that elevator breaks down alot and mom in law gets a strange oder in her apartment from down stairs...

I loved my apartment. They take amazing care of the property. (Management, not most of the tenants.) BUT, the amount of stress that your neighbors will cause you if they don't like you, is not worth it. They thrive on drama and most of them don't work so they are VERY bored and causing problems is an activity for those people. Don't plan on being able to get much rest if you live there and have a full time job. Kids will be outside your windows screaming at all hours of the day and night. My life has significantly improved since I have moved out of there and my stress levels are WAY down.

Building is very secure and well maintained. Very well cleaned. Office personnel are awesome if you ever have a problem or question.
