Though this complex is understaffed, they have a tremendous amount of compassion for their residents where the number one goal is always the safety and wellbeing of the residents. Beautifully maintained facility with a lake, walking trail, and wildlife. Close knit community with a great community center with a library and cafeteria which serves meals everyday.

Assisted living isent quite the correct term for this facility, the do not assist at anything. The name should be Senior Center with Challenges. Too few washer and dryers in the complex. Need an HR person to help guide the many resources that are available for these residents, to them with individual attention. Needs a larger staff to accommodate the complex. The facility isent a bad one, just grossly understaffed, not enough washer and dryers, not enough guidance in resources for individuals. And very misleading in the title of Assisted Living.

I think the office is very understaffed. There are 2 people in office. There are 232 apartments here. Everyone here has to be recertified once a year. That leaves 1 person to answer phone, write up work orders, handle complaints, and do all the rent checks. It seems like if there is a problem, or if your trying to suggest something, you get brushed off. The bottom line is they are just understaffed. They also have only 1 phone line, and it is constantly giving you a busy signal. That is very irritating.
