I moved in here over a year ago my heating not central air unit has been functional. They’ve brought in many repair people and they most if not all have stated the unit couldn’t be repaired but needed replaced instead. I went through winter without the heat working. Now that it’s sweltering out the central air that never worked is making the situation more precarious. It is,at this, moment 93 degrees in this unit. I’ve seen other unit numbers get their heating/cooling units replaced last year. My dysfunctional unit remains as such. Other than that, basically, it is a very nice place to call home. I am grateful but at the same time miserable from breathing in hot air, my nostrils are dry because every breath I take is like fire!it’s like fire shut up in my bones! I feel unimportant, forgotten, not of concern, well being not considered and singled out because I am not DEMANDING. I’m not a dragon However, like I said other than this tribulation New Salem Manor is stellar in every way! In addition the staffing is like “wow!” 🤯
