I'm so glad I found this place 1 year and 3 months ago. The apartment I have is just the right size and fits my needs and if anything goes wrong in the apartment that need repairs I never have to worry the maintenance team here is awesome and I mean just that AWESOME!. I have to give kudos to Ron, Rick and Corey they take pride in their work and if you need something fixed they are on it no questions asked. It's great to have maintenance men that are nice and mannerable & knowledgeable they are more than maintenance men but more like family. Thank you guys for all that you do!

I tour this place today and it was a very nice place I love the hard wood floors and everything was clean and quiet. The apartments I look at was very nice and I definitely can see myself living here. (UPDATE:) This place is absolutely amazing it Looked great to me when I visited however, they have made it really gorgeous and with all the added features. It's Quiet and comfortable and I've meet some great people like, the matinance crew . They are an amazing and very helpful and caring™ group of guys and does an awesome job . The staff is also amazing and pretty much some of the best people i have met dealing with property managers. ™ The peace I get is priceless! Time to hit that exercise room again ’oh, I love that they keep it clean and organized and security is amazing! Absolutely love it! I couldn't have found a better and peaceful place to live. ™

Nazareth Towers has been my home for over five years, and it has been challenging, especially with the various changes in administration over the past three years. Two years ago, we had a chance for improvement when the High Rise team arrived. Since then, we've been fortunate to have some excellent managers for our facility. One of our primary concerns as residents is ensuring that maintenance issues in our homes are addressed promptly. This is where our fantastic maintenance team, consisting of RON, RICK, and COREY, comes in. They are dedicated to resolving any technical problems we encounter, no matter how long it takes. Their commitment helps us achieve the comfort and standards we deserve. If you're considering joining this community, I encourage you to take the leap. It's a new journey and experience that you'll likely cherish for years to come.

I have been a resident at Nazareth Tower for 10 years, and we, the residents, have gone through some difficulties. But we currently have new management, Silver Tree Management, who are making tremendous strides to make our home a community. They are currently renovations happening to restore our home to a place of pride and a comfortable living environment. I certainly suggest if you are looking for a new community to call home, please stop by Nazareth Tower for an application

I have a friend that lives here. This would be called a gated community if it weren’t an apartment complex. Doors are locked you have to be buzzed in. Sometimes there’s a security guard at the front. The elevators usually work. The carpets have a strange smell I’m not sure if it’s cleaning fluid or some thing else. My friends apartment is good for him two bedrooms he has a nice view of the parking lot. And it’s quiet. I have never heard anybody making noise while I was in his apartment. Since I don’t pay the bills I can’t remark on how much it costs. I do know he complains occasionally about hot water and electrical problems. Heating occasionally also. I do not know who the management facility is but they probably should spend a little bit more time looking at the overall infrastructure of the building.

The building itself isn't bad, a little old but otherwise okay. They have a lot of assistance for those living here. My problem comes from the office staff. Very short, very rude, and a complete lack of communication with families. If I visited them before actually looking at the place, based on office staff alone my relative would not stay here.
