My stay here was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. Food was good. And a huge shout out to Bill in therapy. He helped me get home sooner than anticipated. Would recommend.

Having to make the decision to use a care facility is such a hard emotional decision and hands down Douglas Care Center went above and beyond for my family making the decision much easier to make. One particular staff member stood out to us her name was Crystal she could see my family was struggling making this move and she pulled us aside and showed us care and compassion and made sure we understood every step of the process and helped ease our anxiety and guilt. She even called to follow up with us the next day to make sure we didn't have any more questions or concerns, that level of care is a rare gem, if how they treated us is any indication of how they will treat my mom. We've definitely picked the right place.

At the time of admission all the staff understood the importance of smoothness for our situation and did not miss a beat. Outstanding Administration Team. We all met together the day before my sweet mama moved to Douglas Care Center following a fall. Physical therapy was excellent and occupational therapy director wonderful communication during a difficult time. Mom recovered and then some. Our family was "over the moon" with her progress and improvement due to the attention to detail with her medications. Nursing Home Director, Crystal, went above and beyond to reach out to Ask if there was more that she could do, upon Mom completing her 20 Day stay for therapy, and transferring to Memory Care. We felt so cared for every step of the way with our loved one.

I complained about this place but I should have been thankful now that I've been on Casper Wyoming nursing home I think it was the best nursing home in Wyoming!

This place is understaffed, unqualified help they are rude and Scotty to the seniors. I'm desperately seeking a new place for my mother they dropped her 3 Times moving her they cut her moving her and made her bleed. Her room is dirty her bedding and clothes are dirty. DON'T TAKE ANYONE HERE EVER!
