Nice people the building been upgraded. That’s a good thing. The only reason why I didn’t give it a five is because it’s the building breaks down sometimes pipes bus. The office people are very nice and courteous. I give them a five. But the building itself of four it would be a five but like I said, things be breaking all the time elevator is breakdown sometimes even though they supposed to be new

Nice clean an friendly people..To 95% of the people there is either on DOPE or Alcohol..2% is selling it to them that live ther also..I Feel sorry for 5% that does neither AN knows this AN HAVE to live there because they have no where else to go..MANAGEMENT was All replaced because they was aware of this going on..an sum of them where on drugs... SAD...I WOULD NEVER WANT ANY OF MY LOVE ONE'S LIVING HERE AGAIN! NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT..OR KNOCK THE BUILDING DOWN!..REAL TRUTH!
