I called and had the phone answered by a very rude lady. I was calling to offer to volunteer because I've lost my grandparents in the past few years and was interested in volunteering. The lady acted like I was absolutely insane and then put me on with [name removed] the manager. [name removed] proceeded to say; "if I don't have a relative in an old folks home, why would I be there?" After telling me that they apparently need no help, and that activities which include forcing old folks to work by stuffing bags of candy, was activity enough. He also claimed that all of the residents have huge families. I have no idea if the treatment here is actually good, but [name removed] you are rude and very very nasty. I certainly hope you don't treat your residence this way.
