Hi : No interior of apartment at Lutheran Towers - applicants needs to review. For no PETS. (Allergies)Are utilities included? How much longer is waiting list for Senior? On 2nd floor. Looking forward to re-apply. Thanks for the response.

I was impressed with Lutheren Towers and the two staff people who gave me the information i needed.

I have been a resident in Long Beach for over 50 years and I inquired about the facility it is very clean from the outside and in my working years I used see patients there and it was very safe and clean . I just recently inquired information concerning the requirements for reciting at this property, and the lady that I spoke to was very very thorough and professional she went into detail about requirements which was truly helpful and appreciated ,They do have a long waiting list however I feel that it will be worth the wait upon my acceptance. I am very thankful and grateful for Long Beach having such a great facility in my time of need senior living I would take great pride at being a resident if excepted .
