Now owned and operated by the city of Ann Arbor. Significant improvements in progress including building wide free WiFi & digital TV antenna, new interior lighting, medical alert system available. 20 catered meals a month, free utilities (except cable TV), individual heat and ac control, studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
