City of Ann Arbor subsidized senior independent apartments. Recent improvements include building wide free WiFi, new interior lighting, master fire alarm system, new flooring and carpeting in progress for all floors, medical alert system available. Free utilities (except cable TV), individual heat and AC control, studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
