Must be a Catholic run building, because a very old nun is the manager. After being shown around this place, I would never live here, as I would be ashamed to say so. Building stinks of marijuana. Saw residents of dubious character about the building. Somewhat dirty. VERY SMALL 1 ROOM EFFICIENCIES. Look elsewhere folks!

Efficiency shown no bigger than some hospital rooms. Viewed a few men who I assume live here that appeared drunk. I assume the Catholic Church runs this apartment building because an elderly nun showed me around. Place was a school at one time, and is run down, and dirty. Definitely not a place I would feel safe living at. Moving on to look at the next place.

Why isn't this place shut down? Drug use is rampant! Druggie residents knock on others doors at all hours of the day, and night wanting money for drugs. Manager does nothing to stop them. Claims she has no authority to do so! Why is she here? Place is not maintained either.

I had to mover out of this hell hole because of the drug use by a lot of the residents. The manager does nothing to make this a safe place! A true shame.

NOT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY! Building is dirty, and the people living there look like the dregs of society. They were drinking beer, and when you walked in the door the smell of maraijuana followed you in. Very small efficiencies are no bigger than prison cells that you see on television. An old, obese, and unfriendly nun shows you around talking up the place like you couldn't find a better place to live. What a joke!

Residents at this dump look like they just got out of jail, or drug addicts. Small efficiencies that look like prison cells that you view on T.V. Not assisted living either. An old woman is the manager who is gruff, and shady. Not recommended.
