The prices just kept going up at random (even if you have a lease agreement with a listed price), and the management is really unnecessarily in your business, even if you are following the rules. The owner's son drives around and talks to the residents like they are children in trouble. It's some weird power trip. It's NOT a 55 and up park, as they would let younger people in with long term RVs in all of the time. If you were a resident, you were only allowed one small dog but if you were staying for weeks/months in a camper you could have bigger and multiple dogs. In other words, THE MANAGMENT can break rules at their convenience but heaven forbid if you don't weed-eat on lawn mowing day. When my finance moved in with me, they wanted him to fill out and application to live there and wanted to run his credit! Really??? I had always paid my rent early, with no issue. Again, just another weird pseudo power moment. Residents were even supposed to get permission for overnight guests. In fact, I had a friend visit while traveling with a motorhome and he was told that he could only park in front of my house for a few hours. If you own your place and try to sell it, expect the owner to REALLY overstep boundaries and have you jump through ridiculous hoops in order to sell to a new owner... such as removing trees (owned by the park), painting sheds in the winter, paint a house that had already been repainted, have inspections done (that belong to the buyer), and so on. Every seller I ever talked to had these crazy things they had to do. The realtors had never seen anything like it. The location was great, but the management/owners made it unpleasant. The residents are great. The RV folks.... hit and miss. We watched some temporary RV people doing a pretty lucrative drug business for a few months. But that's okay... their "guests" only stayed for 3 minutes at a time. lol There's are several abandoned mobile homes in that park... I understand now why people would just up and leave. We left and thank God we did. A friend we know just told us they raised the rent to $1000! Insanity. You have been warned.

This is a manufactured home park for people 55+. They have manufactured homes built in the 1970s up to newer. They'll care for the mowing of the lawn, but you have to water the lawn around your home.

Took them a month to reply to an email of inquiry regarding monthly rates. I can only imagine how they'd handle other things if I stayed there. So I found other accommodations.
