This apartment complex and the staff have been great with and toward my disabled aunt. You cannot find a more affordable place in Goldsboro that provides the disabled and elderly an place to live independent.

The apartment is fine except for water bugs and sludge coming out of faucets. Seems they need to replace the pipes or at flush them out. It's a real problem because of showering and brushing my teeth which I do with bottled water. I am not happy about this.

I love visiting friends in building K that I've made over the years, but many units need some serious updating. Kitchen countertops and cupboards look old and horribly worn out. No updating is done unless someone moves out. Granted, it's easier that way, but not impossible. There are lobby areas on both levels of the building that have NO furniture for the residents to gather, mingle, and entertain family or guests. There used to be chairs, love seats, coffee tables, end tables, lamps, etc. But those were removed almost 3 years ago when the common area was painted and new carpet was installed. Enough is enough. Show some respect for these folks who live here and pay their rent!

This place is loaded with things to do, you can read the library books, get on the computer, free ice, free water, they have nice patio furniture and great staff and residents.
