Several of my friends live in the KOTS center. It is a quiet collection of multiplexes with porches and shady yards. Activities are available for those who wish to participate.

I go there on Monday evenings to share with the folks who participate in a jam session at 6 PM. Folks from as far away as TRC, and LasCruses show up there or little old ladies like me who brings my little Boston who is so comfortable he sleeps, under my chair he's rite at home. Or if someone wants to give him love he is more than receptive. I love singing along if I know the words and so do some of the residents.

They have great management staff, great maintenance crew and great residents!! Quite a neat place to live. Close to City pool, churches, Senior Center, hospital and dog park!

It's the best place to live, I just moved in. Cindy Maynes is the manager and she is so friendly, kind, considerate. She will help anyone that needs help, even after hours. She runs a tight ship, meaning she is on top of everything. She puts the needs of others first. I'm very happy to be living at KOTS
