I have always wanted to live here. Now that I have lived here 10 months, I can say that it is everything I expected and more. The residents are friendly and help each other. It is definitely home for me. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I moved in almost 6 months ago and I LOVE IT!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the manager DeVonna is an absolute sweetheart!! Everything is always so clean and neat... it's just a great place to live!

Reasonable rent includes electricity,water,cable ,internet ,free parking, for a few dollars more there is covered parking.Lobby with a large screen TV's for your viewing , computer and printer. Secured entrance for your safety. There is a dining room where residents can play games , along with a kitchen. Each floor has a washer and dryer to use. There is no smoking in anywhere in the building ,however outside there is a gazebo you are welcome to smoke in. Residents are caring and look out after one another.

Kate Frank is a very clean facility with a caring staff. I appreciate the Manager, DeVonna, and the way she assisted us with all we needed to know. It is a beautiful facility.

There is a handful of women who are mean spirited, gossip and back stab. They did snub me at Christmas dinner and nobody would sit with me, and it hurt. I felt isolated and humiliated, I started crying and left. I didn't stay to eat with people who were cold and rude. My advice, don't sit in the lobby when the cackle group is there, unless you like people in your business and like to gossip. They will eventually turn on you. I have a few friends on the 9th floor where I live and one on the 4th floor. Out of 9 floors of apartments, that's a sorry record. If you are not here to make friends, join in the games, go to dinners and lunch, you will like it here. I don't go to the 1st floor unless I have to. Other than my friends and that cackle group, I don't have any relationship with others. As far as the apartment goes it's clean, nice, quiet , safe and I love it here. We got a good manager and maintenance crew. They have covered parking if you get there when there is a space open, and it's reasonably priced. I wouldn't want to live anyplace else. One other thing, I hope a lot of people with service dogs move here. The tenants aren't fond of the handicapped. They don't care why you need them or if you have a doctor's orders. Please, folks with service dogs, move here! You must be 55 to move in. All bills paid, including cable and WiFi, and very reasonable rent...on the low side for Muskogee,
