I have a relative who has lived there 5 years. The premises are very good but the major complaint is the old dilapidated elevators that has need to be replaced by totally new ones. They are always out of order. The rumor is the fire department has issued a citation because of elevator services and code inspection suggested years ago new elevator replacement. My relative is handicapped, and lives on a high level. Whenever the elevators are out, they can't leave the apartment safely. New Management has taken over but the problems persist on both building wings. I also understand that there is no accessibility to an emergency call person whenever problems occur. Most of the people that live there are elderly or handicapped in some way which requires better and careful services. My relative is weary because of the elevator problem and has stated a future search for new housing.

The management staff is the most unprofessional I've ever seen...the manager consistently lies about most anything you speak with her about and is very disrespectful to the elderly and residents and displays no compasionate to our needs they will just tell you anything to get you away from them
