My 93-year-old mother has lived at JFA for 25 years. It's safe, in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood & conveniently located to a post office, restaurants, grocery stores and Buffalo Medical Group. The decor & landscaping are lovely. There's a pergola and even a vegetable garden. There's a community room, workout room, beauty salon and library. Because it's senior housing there are safety rails and a life alert system. There are regular updates to everything, so it never looks dated but fresh and inviting. Everybody from the manager, to the social worker, to the maintenance personnel are dedicated and treat my mom like family. It's evident that they see their work at JFA as more than a job but as a calling and take a sincere & personal interest in each resident. Knowing that gives me great peace of mind when I travel out of town. I cannot say enough good things about JFA. Both my mom and I are so thankful that she lives there.

I shopped around for apts and chose JFA as the best. It's very modern here and well maintained with good security. Walking distance to groceries, post office, doctors, pharmacies, plazas. Good neighborhood and nice residents. Fair rent. Good management with very helpful social services director onsite. What's not to like?
