I have lived in a one bedroom with a den for five years. My experience has been nothing but positive. There is a real sense of community among the residents - and every day I witness acts of kindness among them. The facility is clean and kept up. Work- orders are taken care of promptly. Staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. I would encourage anyone to come visit and experience a Christian atmosphere.

Our mother’s situation is unique because she has a fairly significant level level of care needed. We have been to other assisted-living facilities and a few rehab centers, but there’s been nothing like Immanuel for the level of care and the quality of staff. She has thrived while at Immanuel and her quality of life is so much better. I would encourage anyone looking for assisted-living to look no further than this facility.

My Mother has been a resident of Immanuel Village for 5 years. My bothers and I always mention how fortunate for Mom and us that we found Immanuel V. We feel Mom is well cared for in a loving inviting environment. The employees are helpful and friendly to our family. I’ve been in many Retirement Communities in my line of work in Food Sales. I can say there are some crummy & uninviting establishments out there. Immanuel isn’t one of them. I’m very pleased with the environment & care my Mom receives at Immanuel Village.

My mom has really enjoyed her time at Immanuel Village. The staff really cares about her and listens to any concern that she might have. Michaela does a great job during the initial visits explaining all that goes on and what can be expected. She made my mom feel right at home. My mom and dad moved to Immanuel Village in 2024, and it quickly became so much more than a place to live -it became home. They both loved the many social activities, and Greg's leadership of the exercise classes was one of the highlights of their week. I live in Arizona, and when my dad passed away in the fall of 2025, we assumed my mom would move here to be with me. Instead, one of the first things she said was, "I'm not moving." That told me everything I needed to know about how much she loved her community at Immanuel Village. From the moment my dad passed, the Village surrounded my mom with love, friendship, and support. Michelle, Michaela, Amber, Ashley, Greg, and so many others have treated her like family. They genuinely care about their residents' happiness, safety, and well-being, and it shows every single day. As a daughter who lives over 1,200 miles away, there is no greater gift than knowing my mom is loved, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly look out for her. I give Immanuel Village my highest recommendation. They have been an incredible blessing to our family, and I will always be grateful for the compassion and care they have shown my mom.

Immanuel Village has a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you make it your new home. From the employees to the residents everyone is friendly and warm, ready to offer a helping hand. They offer a variety of entertainment and activities throughout each month encouraging the residents to participate. The dining experience is excellent, with a large variety of choices off of the menu. Housekeeping is offered every two weeks with change of bed linens. There are free washers and dryers on every floor. The grounds are well maintained, with sidewalks for walking. They offer raised vegetable/flower beds, if that is your passion. They do a remarkable job of making Immanuel Village a place to call home.

I recently attended a Downsizing event at Immanuel Village. We were warmly welcomed with place name cards at our assigned tables, a delicious piece of pie, bottled water, coffee, a savory bottle of mixed spices made by their chef, Roger and a ballpoint pen to help with note taking. Our Dad moved into Immanuel Village six years ago upon the passing of his partner of 68 years. He occupies a one bedroom apartment in the corner of the facility. It has a bathroom with walk-in shower, a good sized bedroom with a walk-in closet, a fair sized living area enjoying a lovely view, a dining area (slightly expanded for his floor plan), and a tiny kitchen. A balcony is off the living area, and Dad sometimes sees hummingbirds outside. Its rates are competitive with similar facilities. We have been very pleased with the various activities available to residents. The menus are varied and the food is pretty good, according to Dad. The facility is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is friendly and positive. One minor criticism: the provided wifi is grossly inadequate for the times. My sister and I are very happy with Dad’s situation. My wife says she wants to live there when we’re of age. Highly recommended.

The entire process of getting my Dad involved in the Immanuel community was fantastic. From the initial tour of the facility to move in day, the staff and fellow residents made Dad feel welcome and accepted. My siblings and I never had a moment’s hesitation about Dad living there. My father lived at Immanuel Village for almost five years, and it was a wonderful experience for him and our family. He certainly benefitted from the vibrant social environment, and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the friendly residents and staff. There was always something to do, and he particularly enjoyed the seemingly endless social hours and fantastic music events. Beyond the activities, the food was always very good, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly caring and supportive. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the team is at Immanuel Village, both their independent living and assisted living teams!! As a family we have been a part of this community for over 20 years. My grandmother lived here for many years and my parents since 2021. The team here has been so supportive of both the family members living there and all of us family supporting them. They personalize the care and are willing to help work through all the stage of life for your loved ones. In addition, the facility is beautiful, so well maintained, with friendly staff, engaging events, faith services and great food. I highly recommend Immanuel Village for anyone needing to enter this next phase of life. So grateful to everyone here!

My Mother has been there for a year. Food is good, and her apartment is lovely. However - my Mother was hoping that enrichment activities would be provided - as in crafts - and outings. The outings and activities are minimal. It should be noted that the population at IV is very elderly, and perhaps it's too hard for them to participate. But the willing ones should not be neglected due to the majority not willing or able to be active. Our biggest complaint by far is the transportation to and from medical appointments - which I V sold us on. There is one driver for one car and a bus. If it's the twice a wk. grocery store days appointments are out, and you can imagine how difficult it is to get a ride with 100+ elderly people. My Mom is successful maybe one out of 4 tries to schedule a ride. It has been very frustrating for myself and my 3 siblings tryong to help from afar. If I V can't provide rides, they should not advertise it. And they should figure out a way to help their residents get to medical appointments - like volunteer drivers from churches - or something! Their attitude is, "Oh well.....good luck".

Gave my mother overall great care when she was in rehab after a lengthy hospital stay. Staff was great. I think frequent visits to your loved one results in better care, there were a few times I had to discuss issues and remind them to do their job but they are all understaffed and overworked at these facilities I really can’t complain. Never smelled a foul odor ever when visiting and saw what appeared to be lots of caring staff and content residents.

I loved this place + what was offered so much, I moved in! After more than a month living here, I find nothing nor anyone to complain about. I cannot stress enough how fabulous it is. There are many things to do + places to go. The menu has a nice variety, with soup, main dish + fish daily specials. The food has a fabulous taste.
