I was looking for a place for my dad, and we toured these apartments. This place is really nice and you have a sense of community here. Needless to say, my husband wants to move here when we're old enough.

This place is nice... It's very modern and gives you the feeling of being in a resort , highly recommend if you are 55 and up and active. check it out and see for yourself.!!

My husband and I have resided here for 8 months now and would never consider leaving. The residents here are out 'family'. We depend on each other for friendships, help with errands, and have the best football parties. Come see the beautiful surroundings and join in the fun.

I gave my 30 day notice because we had to break our lease, because my son is in Airforce and was being stationed in Texas at Lackland AFB. His father and I travel with him, because his father is not well. I help take care of his father, I am his Mother . So his father and myself credit is not that good, we had to put down 1550.00 secuirty deposit to qualify to live at Homestead Villiage. We did just that, paid rent early every month, we had to move and did all the right stuff. We moved on March 31st and it is now May 5th, I can not get a status on our 1550.00 deposit from anyone. Ohio has 30 days, it is now over 30 days. We live on a fixed income. Why would you treat people like this, who do you think you are? That is alot of money, especially to elderly that live on fixed income. Thumbs done for my review....

Nice place but small for us. 55 yes of marriage with half of that time in the Military, we've accumulated a lot of keepsakes and large furniture; including 2 California king-sized beds. Bathrooms are a nice size. Overall, we liked the place. Just too small for our needs. I do recommend that if you are 55+ you take a look.
