This place truly exceeds all expectations. If I could give it 10 stars, I most certainly would. The staff and leadership are exceptional, always available and approachable. Not to mention, the food is absolutely top-notch. The level of care provided to the residents is nothing short of outstanding in every aspect. You can leave with the utmost peace of mind, knowing that your loved one will be impeccably cared for.

We had a very fun tour with Angie and a delightful lunch with Mary and Chuck. We are impressed with the 501 C3 business model. We like that the number of residents is reasonable, unlike other adult places with too many people. The place is beautiful (i.e. Jerry's suite) and the people we passed seemed quite happy and engaged. It's hard to think of leaving our wonderful home in Tesuque, NM but our eyes and hearts are open now.

It was a wonderful place to have rehab. They pay very close attention to the patients, they are professional in every way. The staff is friendly and make you feel that you are part of the family. I made great progress in OT and PT. I would highly recommend the facility. It was very clesn also.

We got a good sense of what Holly Creek has to offer. The apartments we saw were lovely and thoughtfully arranged. Overall a very comfortable feeling.

Angie did a wonderful tour. We saw everything we wanted and more. Holly Creek is definitely a "home" atmosphere. People there were happy and very welcoming. Just an overall positive experience.

We were already somewhat familiar with the facility, as we live nearby and know a number of current residents. Angie explained the financial details of the program and let us see various apartments. She carefully answered all our questions, and sent us away with all the printed materials we wanted.

Everyone on the staff is friendly, kind, and caring! I have been involved with Holly Creek since 2005. First as a daughter of residents and now as a volunteer. I look forward to being there every week!

What a gift my mom gave to me and my siblings, 15 years ago, when she decided to make her home at Holly Creek. Her apartment was manageable, she felt secure, and knew she was going to make new friends. Over the years we have received tremendous support from their caring staff. As her main caregiver all these years, it has given me such a sense of peace!

During 2023 my husband or I have been patients in three different rehab centers. Holly Creek being the first. Although I was told I would have 2 showers a week. Whenever I asked when I would have a shower, the aide would run off and never come back. Finally I made a complaint and someone helped me with the shower. After that I gave up and took a shower by myself. Not a good thing for a person with a back surgery to do. The third shower I had my husband assist me. That was three showers in two weeks. The staff from the nurses to the aides were all from foreign countries. I couldn't understand them and they didn't seem to care what I wanted or needed either. When a PT did show up she worked with me for about 10 minutes. Like all three facilities, the food was terrible and I lost weight. If you are referred to rehab, please ask for LifeCare of Littleton or, even better, Somern Glen. Since my time in Holly Creek I have heard the same complaints from former patients or their families. By all means stay away from this place!

Marilyn was warm and welcoming, shared background information about Holly Creek, answered our questions, and took us on a leisurely tour of the building. We were able to view three 2-bedroom apartments, walk through them and ask questions, and see the high quality of the finishings. Marilyn was very friendly and encouraged us to visit more than once so we could determine if Holly Creek would be a good fit for us. When we expressed interest in the cottages, she arranged for us to see one next week. We were very impressed with the well-maintained building and grounds, and the amenities are thoughtful and nicely designed.

After lots of investigating of retirement communities in our area, and multiple tours here, we realized Holly Creek should be our forever home. Angie and Marilyn helped prepare us for the move and Isobel made move-in day fun and seamless. The transition from our much-loved home of many years to our apartment here has been enhanced by all the wonderful new friends. We are so happy here and highly recommend Holly Creek!

Four years ago, Holly Creek won our support and recognition as our Independent Living location. Over these past 4 years, slowly there have been subtle "take aways" from what we experienced when we first moved in. Staff and their support have been fantastic... in my opinion we need CLC to listen to Residences needs and bring our dining experience back to an enjoyable level! COVID was a serious "speed bump", but thanks to our Staff Residences were provide encouragement and guidelines to prevail. James needs similar support to return dining to the enjoyment we had prior to Covid. Holly Creek---DON'T LOSE YOUR RECIPE!!!

I've made many new friends here and found a new mate to spend the rest of my life with. We both lost our mates at about the same time and we both seemed to have lost our loneliness by being together.

Due to health issues we decided a retirement community was a good idea for us. We have never regretted moving here. The residents are welcoming, friendly and very interesting. There are many activities to become involved in depending upon your interests. It's a warm, up-lifting, stimulating environment that totally feels like home. It's also a comfort to us and our family that we will never have to move again. We are definitely at home!

Dad received post-stroke therapy while at Holly Creek until Medicare coverage ceased, and should have continued to receive physical therapy, covered by Medicare Part B, during the subsequent $440/day private pay period. HC facilitated no such therapy. In addition, they provided conflicting and contradictory information on quarantine, pricing and service, and, currently, are failing to forward Medicare Part B covered Physical Therapy orders to dad's respite care facility. They may be "caring" but in my opinion they have not been very professional.

We moved to Holly Creek the first week it was open so were among the very early residents. After more than eleven years we still think it was one of the best decisions we have made. Our children also agree that it was to the benefit of all our family. We no longer have a house to sell and possessions to dispose of at a time that might be inconvenient to everyone. In addition to that we have the advantages of a lovely apartment and many services and conveniences that are needed as we grow older. In addition to meals, housekeeping, maintenance and a caring staff we have the pleasure of friends close by and a variety of activities from which to choose. My wife, Carol Hodges, and I have been residents at Holly Creek Retirement Community for over three years. When looking for a retirement community, we did extensive research on communities in the South Metro Area of Denver. We even had a three piece checklist of requirements. We wanted a community that was friendly, that had multiple dining venues with good food, a calendar of activities that would provide opportunities for all of our interests, was attractive, both inside and out, and was committed to successful aging. We have found all of this and more at Holly Creek.

I have a dear friend who is a resident at Holly Creek and every time I go there to visit him, I'm constantly impressed by their friendly staff and residents! Everyone says hello to you and everyone has a smile on their face. That says everything.

We have enjoyed our time here and have recommended it to others. Holly Creek has a great staff, good food, a very clean environment and enough activities to keep the most active - active. Of course, many will just "sit and be" with a good book. It's one of the best retirement homes around.
