Nice and quiet. Older Adult Community Trailer Park. Lot rent is pretty expensive and raises each year and you're only allowed one trash can but the trailer park itself is nice to drive around.

They make me park my vehicle about a mile away, up some hills, both ways. I'm a senior citizen. The cold hurts, the walk is long at my age. And they charge me $80.00 a month! It used to be $50.00. That was a reasonable cost, now it's not.

There are a lot of homes there that are nicely taken care of by people living there. I've seen some beautiful yards! Also, I've hardly seen any trash on the grounds there. It looks clean.

I love my home , love my great neighbors but it ends there, I have a few main complaints, I have been here since November 2020 , I have seen so many rules of the park not at all enforced, there are big dogs everywhere, underage people ,so called improvements like the fence incomplete projects, children using facilities unsupervised etc etc etc

My mother bought brand new home. The park was responsible for setting up and carpeting.1 year later carpet through out her home was buckling,they would not pay for it to be stretched. There also is issues with the curb that she has addressed many times and it has not been fixed. A fall has happened and some close calls. Something needs to be done. I found Tammi to be rude and glad she is gone but new management no better. Ignore calls, leave message never a call back.If she manages to be able to keep up with the increasing lot rent she will stay but only because a move is to great of a task at this late stage in her life. And since when is 40 years old senior?
