Highland and their staff helped my loved one in our family’s time of need. After a hospital stay, my loved one needed additional care and rehabilitation and Highland provided excellent care to get my loved one to be able to live in her own home again. Would recommend admitting loved ones here.

You have some amazing staff members. Henry and Lenore are wonderful. There are more, I wish I could remember their names. They take wonderful care of my friend Mark and are very friendly and helpful to me too. When I get more names I will add them as well.

99.9% of everyone here has been wonderful. Compared to where I been I'm happy. Nursing is koo and the mulan girl from social services is really koo too. Happy I'm here

My mother passed away at Highland. I have never been so overwhelmed in my life. Highland is not pretty to look at, that’s being honest. Yet, so much care and understanding is within. The staff is just honest with you. They live this life and I am so grateful to them for what they did for her. When she went under hospice care they were even more attentive. I cannot stress how the care staff cares! They also do their best to make you feel a part of it all. The billing office is just wonderful. I had mom at an expensive place and highland is their sister location. I had to move her closer to me and to what I could afford. Highland turned out to be so much better that the expensive place.. Mom never had an incident of neglect or infection. They truly cared for her in every way. I was so surprised at how much they did for her. The staff will be honest and very clear with you. They know all the ins and outs of care. I am so grateful to reception, the staff and the business office. When she passed they made sure I had what I wanted and that all of her things were left for me. They truly gave me a sense of relief for a short time of my overwhelming confusion of what to do. I thank them for that.
