The Staff at Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is simply AMAZING ! I would run out of superlatives to describe my phenomenal experience ! My Father has been in their care since February 16th and I am beyond impressed. The staff is competent, accessible, professional, courteous but most importantly there is a genuine spirit and culture of TRUST and COMPASSION that illuminates throughout the building. I recommend anyone in the Mississippi Delta area or Mississippi that is seeking a skilled Nursing Facility for their loved one to try Indianola Rehabilitation Healthcare. You will NOT be disappointed !

They say Love what you do and you will never work a day. This is so true for me at Indianola Rehab & Healthcare Center. Love my residents who keep me on my toes daily. I work in the administrative side of the business and I find great pride and satisfaction in my contributions to the successes of the facility. Amazing facility my brother was sent here after suffering an injury playing football and they took great care of him!! Great staff and courteous people all around the admissions clerk really stood out as she went out of her way on numerous occasions to make sure my brother was okay and that my family felt good about the treatment he was receiving there! 10/10!

I grew up dreading nursing homes and any place that resembled one. So when the time came to find a new home for my grandma, I was extremely cautious in making that decision. I'm so glad my family and me choose Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The staff and residents were so kind and patient with my grandma, who initially had a hard time settling in. We're so thankful the staff didn't give up. They worked diligently to find a system that worked best for my grandma. In the end, she recalled her time here fondly. P.S. The decorations in the building are always so lively and there is always something fun happening for the residents.

The staff is quite knowledgeable and experienced. They were very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend their services. I've been a nurse here for 14 years and love my job and residents. I've worked with some wonderful, caring staff over the years that absolutely care for the residents with a heart of gold. My DON, Administrator, and staff makes sure our residents are well taken care off. I just love the set up they have for visiting your loved ones. It's a machine that takes your temperature, and take a picture that turns into a sticker for your visiting pass. They have you answer questions regarding Covid and you were allowed to enter. I just want to thank them for allowing my mom and myself to visit my grandma this weekend.

I am a nurse at this facility and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my job, the residents, staff and administrators. We have some of the ABSOLUTE BEST CNAs and Nurses you could ever meet. Our facility is one of the few in the surrounding areas that is Covid free, not one resident or staff member out with Covid. Our facility is hiring new staff members daily and has recently admitted 5 new residents in the last week. We are growing holistically. I HIGHLY recommend this facility, not only because I work here but because the staff here have a genuine love for what they do. I witness it daily and I am apart of it. We know the residents by name, actually take time to know them, their likes and dislikes and the activities department is beyond amazing. I've seen our DON, Frances Hood, go around and actually comb and cut residents hair at their requests, she knows every resident on a first name basis and can tell you off the top of her head something about them and what they did before coming to our facility. Sandra and Gwen, a couple of the CNAs here are magnificent with the residents, they go above and beyond to take care of the residents here, they spoil them. I have sickly relatives myself and I would not hesitate to place my relatives at this facility. If you're looking for a great place to work and place your relatives be sure to contact us today before we're back filled to capacity. Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare you all ROCK!!! Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a wonderful place to work. We are always involving the community in everythi ing. Ms. Willie Ann Dorsey ( Activity Director) does a great job decorting the building for various events. Temesa Crawford ( Admission Director) does a wonderful job in making sure we are employed by recruiting residents. I couldn't ask for an administrator better than Marion Danna.
