Hopefully it is under new management. I moved from there four years ago after living in misery one year. The most distressing period in my aging process. Management was spineless and the owner(s) were liars. Anytime Environmental Health has to be called out to inspect a unit per the tenant's request, you know something just isn't right.

The manager, maintenance man and cleaning girl is great. They are the best team we've ever had. If they leave, I will move. Scott, the manager, tries to do whatever he can to help you and Kayla never stops working. Our laundry room sink, when she started , was brown like it had never been cleaned, our hallway had salt on the carpet for 6 months but everything is always clean now. Joe, the maintenance guy, fixes things when you mentions them to him, while he's doing other repairs in the apartment and repairs everything the correct way the first time. I can't say enough about these people.

We are now being charged a common area electric bill, the confusing part to me is that they decide how much we owe, by the size of our apartments, so I have to pay more because my apartment is larger than other ones, this brings me to the confusing part, what does the size of our apartments have to do with the electric used in the common area and hallways, I have my own electric bill to pay, let alone paying Hampton Woods common areas

I have lived here almost 5 years, now with Scott came kids everywhere playing in the parking riding bikes the way some people come around the curve someone's going to get hurt. They money you to death I'm ready to get away from here.

I am so impressed with our new maintenance Man, John, after a whole year of not being able to have heat in my bedroom and the entire Apartment, on Friday came a man in my Apartment who identified himself as John. He Actually came in with a tool belt and appeared as a maintenance man. After diligently working 45 minutes on what we haven’t had for over a year NO air no and NO heat, he proves himself to BE a Maintenance man who knowsHVAC. I thank God you finally got it right By hiring this man. I hope he will not be removed because he’s Very detailed and Competent. On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give him 1000! As you can see, I’m totally impressed by his work ethics.

Maintenance Repairs: I Putin an order to repair my cupboard, the shelf had fallen. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and my sliding door to the patio was hard to open. John, came right in and fixed all of the issues in less than an half hour. I was impressed! Wonderful job! Thanks so much!

I just moved into Hampton Woods. The office/property manager, Chad Smith, has been such a wonderful, helpful and pleasant person to deal with! He is such a bright spot compared to the place I moved from. Everyone I’ve met so far here has had nothing but positive things to say about Chad. When I first came to look at Hampton Woods, every resident who saw Chad while he was showing me around, stopped to chat and Chad was so familiar and pleasant to them. That told me a lot about his relationship with the residents. I also noticed residents sitting together and having fun in the community room. I loved that! So, between Chad and the residents, that’s why I chose to move to Hampton Woods! I’m so happy to be here! I hope Chad stays here for a long time! I know I can count on himand that means everything to me! Thank you, Chad!!

I want to say thank you to the staff at Hampton woods for making me feel welcome from day one. Especially Chad the property manager and Jasper the maintenance tech. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new apartment, which was very clean and in great working order except for the heat, which was fixed very quickly. This is a very nice and quiet place to live and I'd highly recommend it.

I love living here and I like the staff because they are so nice and helpful when you need them. I love coming out to the Community room to see everyone one there. It alway a happy place to be. If it was not for this place I didn’t know where I would have gone after my husband passed. Thank you all for making me feel at home.

I moved into Hampton Woods August 2019. I am quite impressed. Jessa has been extremely helpful in helping out this decrepit old Lady in my times of need. She is very good at her job and goes above and beyond. I've also met Tonya and she is also very pleasant. There have been a few occasions that I needed maintenance and things were handled promptly. Like within 24 hours. That's impressive! All in all, this has been a good experience and highly recommend living here. So, thank you to everyone. Happy Holidays!
