Greenbriar Place is a wonderful retirement community to live at. The apartment manager, Iselda Garza is always friendly and professional. Ms. Garza arranges for monthly birthday gatherings for either breakfast or lunch. This event helps bring the community together to meet and greet and enjoy each other's company. The residents are like family. I highly recommend Greenbriar Place for retirement living.

I moved to Greenbriar Place in February 2020 and I am so happy here. It is like a small community where the residents really care about the complex. The pool and grounds are very nice but the residents take care of them too, planting plants, pulling weeds and pool skimming the leaves out of the pool! Greenbriar Place is such a friendly place, no one is a stranger. The manager, Iselda is very nice and will help you in any way she can and the same with Steve, the maintenance guy. He is quick to take care of any issues with your apartment. The apartments are big, price is good, quiet and nice complex and you have a covered parking, no extra charge! This is a great place to live for 55 and older! Thank you for doing a great job Iselda!!

I love living at Greenbriar Place first & foremost because it is a 55+ senior living community. The residents are friendly & quiet. We always refer our 55+ friends & family. We enjoy each other's company when we gather. We've been living here since 2016 & it's the best decision we ever made when we decided to downsize our lives. We're very happy living here The manager, Ms. Iselda, is very polite, professional & knowledgeable. The maintenance person, Mr. Steve, is the best handyman I've ever known. This is a beautiful and quiet place to call home. I just love our view. Everyone is so friendly from management (Iselda) and maintenance (Steve) To our neighbors (the residents including pets).

My wife and I moved here at this Complex in Dec., 2016. We have enjoyed everyday being here because of the scenery and friendly residents.The Mgr. (Iselda) always demonstrates a friendly and courteous attitude. Steve, our Maintenance person, is always willing to assist with your concerns regarding the work orders. My husband and I love Greenbriar since moving here in March. It offers a quiet meditative setting at a reasonable price. Free basic Spectrum cable is included in the package. Iselda the manager is friendly and helpful to answer questions and assist in a professional manner. Better still Greenbriar was recommended to us by a satisfied friend who lives here. We plan on staying.

I highly recommend Greenbriar Senior Apartments as a place to call home. In February 2004, I moved here with "temporary" housing in mind. I immediately enjoyed the abundant amenities: safe environment, easy access to shopping and services, beautifully landscaped courtyard, camaraderie with the other tenants, swimming pool, no maintenance concerns, and the frequent gatherings we all enjoyed so much prior to COVID-19. After 16 years, I am still happy that Greenbriar Place is my home, where some tenants are like family to me.
