I came to Ivy Hill with Bilateral ruptured patella tendons and not being able to walk. After a few weeks I am walking out of Ivy Hill literally. The PT department was great with helping me learn how to walk and climb steps again.

Ivy Hill Post Acute is a great rehab center! The nurses are amazing and really pay attention to the patients! The room was clean and the food was good. The therapists create a custom plan for each patient to make sure they get the therapy they need. Really FIVE STAR care!!

The whole staff at Ivy hill have been amazing, Emily the speech therapist has been unbelievable everyone is so warm here the building was super clean. Many thanks for the nursing staff and Technicians and maintenance staff. My post has been manipulated by something other than my input. Perhaps focus extended to the core patient Admin support would be more effective than a shower of tardy phone calls originating from this post I spent every day of my aunt's stay there seeking answers and requesting support. How does a facility that operates 7/24 only have a physician onsite with limited hours two days a week? A patient portal is non existent, where is the defined resource for questions or patient input? Avoiding more embarrassing specific details, I'll close by informing that i have spent enough of my time navigating what should have been a standard patient care flow chart. Seeking more of my time is unreasonable. I would think that patient feedback would be gathered at the discharge briefing

When you’re first dropping off a loved one at a rehab center, you can experience feelings of apprehension and anxiety. From the moment we entered Ivy Hill Rehab we were greeted with warmth and friendly faces. From the women who staff the reception desk, the custodial staff, the food service workers, to the nurses and aids, my husband was treated with kindness and competence. Katrina, both Roses, Dee, Tamika, Marie, and the rest of the first floor staff were exceptional. Of course you can’t have a good rehab center without a strong physical and occupational therapy staff. Joe, the head of the department, was so instrumental in my husband’s rehabilitation. Our family is grateful to his entire staff. It is not the newest looking facility, but if you’re looking for a place where your loved will be treated with dignity and care, I recommend it.

I am 82 years old I came after my surgery I couldn’t move my right leg and after 4 weeks I am walking really well with my cane thank you to the Rehab department especially Joe, Meagan and Roshanda!!!! I had the opportunity to work closely with the management team and staff at this facility who care for a client who was also a family member. There were several issues and concerns regarding the medical and overall health needs of my client initially and how they were being managed. Through many conversations, meetings, phone calls, planning and follow ups to a complicated situation, the team responded and was very responsive. The new administrator Zari was extremely helpful, responsive, kind, and professional and he followed through on all aspects and took the time when we asked to listen and offer assistance . The unit manager, business office, dietary manager, activity director, rehab director, front desk staff and floor nurses were all so helpful and kind. I was able to observe positive changes at the facility overtime that were not always present in the past, and I am grateful for the kindness and attention they provided to my client and loved one over the last several months.

Nikia the activity director is absolutely amazing!She goes above and beyond to make sure every event is fun, inclusive, and well-organized.You can really tell that she cares about creating a positive envoironment for everyone(residents, staff and vistors) From themed parties to thoughful daily activities(my dad is always telling me about new games he learned)everything is so creative and engaging. Nikia and her team does a great job from bingo games, birthday parties, book clubs the residents always have a smile on their face when I visit my dad. Thank you activities for going above and beyond!

From nursing to therapy to administration, everyone treats residents with dignity and respect and goes above and beyond to meet their needs. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and calm. Communication with families is excellent, and there is a real sense that the team works together with one goal ” helping residents heal, stay safe, and feel cared for. All of my thesrpist were incredible! I have come along way since I have been here and I am home tomorrow in time for Christmas because of Ivy hill and their staff. The facility was very clean. I'm so grateful to Nikia, Simon, and the Physical therapy team, and the nurses on the 3rd floor for the incredible care they've given my mom during her long term start at Ivy hill since May 2025. Every time I've had a concern, they've listened with compassion and made sure everything was taken care made sure they are met and will be taken care of. Their kindness and dedication truly make patients feel comfortable and at home, and that means so much to our family.

My father, KH, has been at Ivy Hill for over five years, he has grown fond of several of the CNAs, who I find to be very personable and attentive, the same can be said of Unit Manager, Tamika, who I very much appreciate. Tamika is always very responsive to my emails, I also wanted to say a huge Thank you to Nikia, Director of Activities, as she consistently helps me to stay in communication with my father on a weekly basis via FaceTime; additionally, Nikia encourages my father to be involved in the facility’s activities.

Doesn't really care about their patience act like it but they really don't my father was sent home today with no medicine and they told us to go to the pharmacy Pharmacy said they will have his medicine tomorrow but he need his medicine today they did not reconcile that or care said they was going to have it mailed never showed up they get a half a star
