Praying for a 2 bedroom to become available for Oct 2026. We toured the property and were definitely pleased with everything that we saw. I've experienced visiting with friends for bingo events previously. I'm looking forward to calling this community home.

I’m am on the waiting list . It seems forever. I really do like the place . I had a lot of patients from grand reserve and I enjoy that they are so happy there. Now it’s my time. To wait for my turn. Waiting patiently. My husband passed away and I’m all by myself. Waiting for a call soon. After paying the fee and waiting they dropped me because I had not turned paperwork in which I did 2 times. I think they just mess with you and take your money . Same thing happened to this other person . Seems like after I paid the payment they requested they dropped me off the list and did not refund my monies. Hmmm . And I was not the only one they did that to. Be careful they will rip you off.

We have been living at The Grand Reserve for six years and we absolutely love our home. The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond to help you. Stephanie is always there for you. Tate and Jim and Marcus are great guys willing to take care of you when you have a maintenance problem. Can't say enough about how nice everything is maintained!!

I have never lived in a place as awesome as Grand Reserve, Zephyrhills. The property is beautifully maintained, Crystal clear poolwe have a cafeteria we have a clubhouse we even have a computer room. On-site laundry or you can have your own washer and dryer installed. Maintenance is excellent they are on top of every issue as soon as possibleI have never had a maintenance issue that was not resolved within 24-48 hours. as far as I'm concerned I will live here the rest of my life! I love the lifestyle at Grand Reserve.

I've lived here at Grand Reserved for 2 years. It's a 55 plus pet. Complex rent restricted. It's like living at a resort It's beautiful here.
