I dont live here, but my daughter does and they need to remove the clubhouse from their listing. She was told when inquiring about renting/using the clubhouse, that they no longer rent it out. The patios aren't private/closed in. It wouldn't hurt them to keep up with the dumpsters being emptied, they have been full since before Christmas! The hallways could benefit from being cleaned regularly. There website also states "no pets," but people have loud barking dogs in almost every apartment close to her.

The apartments and staff are good. The problem is some of the people who live here who have no respect for their neighbors, staff and complex itself, they throw trash on the ground and let their children destroy the property.

I think the people at Franklin Manor Apartments are doing a good job in improving the apartment's & the landscape of the property. I like it here. If there's any problems or issues they're on top of it & they take care of it. They also are respectful & helpful with us as residents here.

The office staff is really nice and the Franklin Manor office is also always having events for the Franklin Manor community and the kids in the community which I think is really great. I love living out here it's been almost 2 years and it's been really nice so thank you Franklin Manor

Franklin Manor has came a long way I love that they have cameras as well as security l...this year the pool will be up and going and the laundry room is always nice and clean !! The staff at Franklin Manor are amazing and they do nice things for the Franklin Manor community

I go over there to visit 2 people who live over there and I think it’s sad that some people don’t realize that they need to respect where they live It’s your home just because you may or not may be on a fixed income help out pick up .One of the buildings that I go over to is in the front almost close to the rental office and it seems like every time I go over there to visit this one person there hallway is a hot mess .and disgusting to . It’s like my goodness no one should have to live like that some people care and others don’t. I ask him don’t they clean up this hallway. He even clean it up his self at one time . People don’t need to live like that . Keep your hallways clean help out . After they been clean Be a team keep it clean . Why would you or anyone else would want to live like that . Be proud on you home . And the 2 nd one I go visit has a leaking area in both of his closet and he even called the rental office and still not fix now that is crazy. He reported on his list that he turn in and also called multiple times and still nothing has been down . Crazy it seems this property manager of this company needs to be aware of this situation. . This is hard times for all we all are supposed to work together not against each other. It take all people to make it work . I think . They used to be great apartments to live in . Make it Great Again !!

I watch my grandkids here and my thing is overall the maintenance guys they really try hard to take care of this space yet at the end of the day it's the people, the people here are out in the parking lots 1 2 am an 3:00am in the morning, and the security people they have , You only see them like once a week if they would just spend like a half an hour on each circle or just continually drive around they will see a lot of things, but they don't, they're no good, they're never here, You only see them like once or twice a week, then the trash the people here are so trifling they don't even respect where they live they won't throw their trash in the trash in the dumpster they just sit it on the ground, I just wish people would have the respect to take care of their homes and be respectful to their neighbor The doors are very heavy they slam very hard, when you leave out, ,and nobody cares if a person works first second third shift, it doesn't matter at the end of the day I really feel like the people on the property they try hard for the ones that's doing the right thing because there are also the people that work here that try to say you owe them money and you really don't You got proof so then it makes you feel like the people who may work here may be confiscating your money so make sure you keep all receipts it's the people on. the property they have no respect for those who are trying to live and do the right thing The world is changing just know your worth do the right thing and you will be okay God bless everyone trying to do the right thing

I've lived here for 4 yrs now don't have any issues with bugs etc staff is nice..they just Remodeled all the apartments they added a dishwasher knew everything. I like it have no plans in moving anytime soon

I LOVE it here! Its quiet everyone keeps to themselfs. NO bugs! the apartment is nice and clean! The hallway is clean . Staff is amazing ! The leasing agents were so nice to me and my son they played blocks with him and put on a show for him while i signed my papers. And explained everything about my lease where i understood it . Just had to call maintenance they were so kind! And very helpful! Solved my problem and came fast . There's little play areas out side for kids and you even get a newsletter at your door . absolutely a nice place!
