I’ve only lived here for 9 months but I can say it’s a great place to live! The management, Genny (manager) and the maintenance man are all so quick to take care of everything and are so nice! I’m very happy here.

Been an amazing place to call home! Has drama like everywhere else, but some people take stuff way too far! Management has always been very amazing! Most of the people are great people just a few terrible causers! Never had a problem getting anything fixed in a timely matter in the 3 years I've been living here!

It's just not clean. Vacuumed maybe 1x a month isn't enough. I usually clean the glass doors. Maintenance is over loaded to expect to clean as well. The outside grounds are horrible. Too many sleazy people and too much gossip.

Stopped in the office this morning to inquire, I was greeted with a smile and asked to see an apartment which I did see and I was so excited because it was one of the cleanest places Ive been into since looking for a new home. It had plenty of room and newly painted plus the bathroom was nicer then most Ive been into. I would definitely consider this to be be my next home. I will complete my application to be placed in the waiting list. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming, you made my experience fun.
