A good senior appointment

Nice place for my independent grandma now that they remodeled after living there about 17 years. The smoking in the apartments and it filling halls is why I gave it a 4. Walking through smoke filled halls with kids is not ok and neither is it ok for seniors lungs like my 88yr old grandma

At this time they are remodeling all the apartment building all the units. It's a very beautiful place and secure. There is AC in the hallway There is a long list of seniors waiting to move in. If you need a place for your parents to live, I recommend it.

As for Ida Avila's review, she is WRONG! There are two Handicapped parking spaces CLEARLY marked 1 and 2 along with a sign posted in front of these spaces stating TENANT Parking Only. There are also a number of signs posted along the ENTRANCE to the Entire Parking lot stating TENANT Parking, and ANY cars NOT belonging to Tenants is parked there ILLEGALLY and WILL be Subject to being Towed and Fined! I am one of the Handicapped Tenants with a NUMBERED Handicapped stall, that had asked previous managers repeatedly to at LEAST to Number Our two Stalls to alert those who Could NOT or Would NOT OBEY all of the posted Warnings could AT LEAST notice that these Two spaces were for TENANTS ONLY! ALL of the Other Care Givers Obey the posted Warnings. I encouraged parking behind these ILLEGALLY parked cars To FINALLY make them Aware of their Abuse of the Laws posted outside and in the Parking Lot that DOES NOT have Enough stalls for ALL of the Tenants as it is. Mario, Our Maintenance Man was only trying to help to keep those Ignorant of the Warnings from having their vehicles towed and having to pay Fines for this abuse! .LaToya, Our Manager, also was NOT being Rude, but was the FIRST Manager to Stand up for Our rights and notified those abusers of their Mistakes!
